Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5397
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: "I saw the spoils of war being divided into five shares, and I also saw (that) a share would be taken out (for the cause of Allah). The share that belonged to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would be at his disposal."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے مال غنیمت کو پانچ حصوں میں تقسیم ہوتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے، پھر اس کا حصہ لگتے ہوئے بھی دیکھا ہے، اس میں نبی ﷺ کا جو حصہ ہوتا تھا، وہ آپ ﷺ کے اختیار میں ہوتا تھا۔
Sayyida Ibne Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a farmate hain ke maine maal ghanimat ko panch hisson mein taqsim hote hue dekha hai, phir iska hissa lagte hue bhi dekha hai, is mein Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ka jo hissa hota tha, woh aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke ikhtiyar mein hota tha.
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ" الْمَغَانِمَ تُجَزَّأُ خَمْسَةَ أَجْزَاءٍ، ثُمَّ يُسْهَمُ عَلَيْهَا، فَمَا كَانَ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَهُوَ لَهُ، يَتَخَيَّرُ.
