Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5467
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever intentionally misses the afternoon prayer, it is as if his family and wealth have been destroyed."
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جو شخص جان بوجھ کر نماز عصر چھوڑ دے گویا اس کے اہل خانہ اور مال تباہ و برباد ہو گیا۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: "Jo shakhs jaan bujh kar namaz asar chhor de goya us ke ahl khana aur mal tabah o barbad ho gaya."
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:" مَنْ تَرَكَ الْعَصْرَ مُتَعَمِّدًا حَتَّى تَغْرُبَ الشَّمْسُ، فَكَأَنَّمَا وُتِرَ أَهْلَهُ وَمَالَهُ".
