Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5677
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Caliphate will remain with the Quraysh as long as two of them (remain united)."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”خلافت اس وقت تک قریش میں رہے گی جب تک دو آدمی (متفق و متحد) رہیں گے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: "Khilafat us waqt tak Quresh mein rahegi jab tak do aadmi (muttafiq o muttaahid) rahenge."
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لَا يَزَالُ هَذَا الْأَمْرُ فِي قُرَيْشٍ مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ النَّاسِ اثْنَانِ".
