Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5762
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with them both) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would begin the prayer, he would raise his hands to the level of his shoulders. He would do the same when bowing (going into ruku) and when standing up from bowing.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے جب نماز شروع کرتے تو کندھوں کے برابر ہاتھ اٹھاتے تھے، رکوع میں جاتے وقت اور رکوع سے اٹھتے وقت بھی ایسا ہی کرتے تھے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne jab namaz shuru karte to kandhon ke barabar hath uthate the, ruku mein jate waqt aur ruku se uthte waqt bhi aisa hi karte the.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" كَانَ إِذَا دَخَلَ الصَّلَاةَ رَفَعَ يَدَيْهِ حَذْوَ مَنْكِبَيْهِ، وَإِذَا رَكَعَ، وَإِذَا رَفَعَ مِنَ الرُّكُوعِ".
