Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5791
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was in a hurry to set out on a journey, he would combine the Maghrib and Isha prayers.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ کو جب چلنے کی جلدی ہوتی تھی تو وہ مغرب اور عشاء کو جمع کر لیتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ:" كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا جَدَّ بِهِ السَّيْرُ، جَمَعَ بَيْنَ الْمَغْرِبِ وَالْعِشَاءِ".
