Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5867
Narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (RA) that I heard the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) saying that there will be people in this Ummah whose appearances will be transformed. Remember that this will happen to those who deny predestination or are heretics.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے رسول اللہ ﷺ کو یہ ارشاد فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ اس امت میں بھی شکلیں مسخ ہوں گی یاد رکھو کہ یہ ان لوگوں کی ہوں گی جو تقدیر کی تکذیب کرتے ہیں یا زندیق ہیں۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai keh maine Rasulullah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko yeh irshad farmate huye suna hai keh is ummat mein bhi shaklein maskh hongi yaad rakho keh yeh un logon ki hongi jo taqdeer ki takzeeb karte hain ya zindeeq hain.
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ ، حَدَّثَنَا رِشْدِينُ ، عَنْ أَبِي صَخْرٍ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّم , يَقُولُ:" سَيَكُونُ فِي هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ مَسْخٌ، أَلَا وَذَاكَ فِي الْمُكَذِّبِينَ بِالْقَدَرِ وَالزِّنْدِيقِيَّةِ".
