Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5977
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) narrated this decree of Allah Almighty, "Whoever from my followers embarks on Jihad in My way, seeking only My pleasure, I guarantee that either I will return him with rewards, spoils of war, or I will seize his soul in a state of forgiveness and mercy, granting him entry into Paradise."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے پروردگار عالم کا یہ ارشادنقل فرمایا ہے، میرا جو بندہ بھی صرف میری رضاء حاصل کرنے کے لئے میرے راستے میں جہاد کے لئے نکلتا ہے، میں اس کے لئے اس بات کی ضمانت دیتا ہوں کہ یا تو اسے اجر و ثواب اور مال غنیمت کے ساتھ واپس لوٹاؤں گا، یا پھر اس کی روح قبض کر کے اس کی بخشش کر دوں گا، اس پر رحم فرماؤں گا اور اسے جنت میں داخل کر دوں گا۔
Sayyida Ibne Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Parvardigaar-e-Aalam ka ye irshad naqal farmaya hai mera jo banda bhi sirf meri raza hasil karne ke liye mere raste mein jihad ke liye nikalta hai main uske liye is baat ki zamanat deta hun ke ya to usey ajr o sawab aur maal e ghanimat ke sath wapas lautaunga ya phir uski rooh qabz kar ke uski bakhshish kar dunga us par reham farmaoonga aur usey jannat mein dakhil kar dunga.
حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فِيمَا يَحْكِي عَنْ رَبِّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى قَالَ:" أَيُّمَا عَبْدٍ مِنْ عِبَادِي خَرَجَ مُجَاهِدًا فِي سَبِيلِي، ابْتِغَاءَ مَرْضَاتِي، ضَمِنْتُ لَهُ أَنْ أُرْجِعَهُ بِمَا أَصَابَ مِنْ أَجْرٍ وَغَنِيمَةٍ، وَإِنْ قَبَضْتُهُ أَنْ أَغْفِرَ لَهُ وَأَرْحَمَهُ وَأُدْخِلَهُ الْجَنَّةَ".
