Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6062
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "None of you should make someone else get up from his place and sit there himself."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: تم میں سے کوئی شخص دوسرے کو اس کی جگہ سے اٹھا کر خود وہاں نہ بیٹھے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: Tum mein se koi shakhs dusre ko uski jaga se utha kar khud wahan na baithe.
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" لَا يُقِيمَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ الرَّجُلَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ يَجْلِسُ فِيهِ".
