Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6098
It is narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, that a man accused his wife and denied the paternity of her child. The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, separated them and gave the child to the mother.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک شخص نے اپنی بیوی سے لعان کیا اور اس کے بچے کی اپنی طرف نسبت کی نفی کی نبی ﷺ نے ان دونوں کے درمیان تفریق کر ادی اور بچے کو ماں کے حوالے کر دیا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar razi Allah anhuma se marvi hai ki ek shakhs ne apni biwi se li'aan kiya aur uske bacche ki apni taraf nisbat ki nafi ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne in donon ke darmiyaan tafreeq kar di aur bacche ko maan ke hawale kar diya.
حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ : أَنَّ رَجُلًا لَاعَنَ امْرَأَتَهُ فِي زَمَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَانْتَفَى مِنْ وَلَدِهَا،" فَفَرَّقَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَهُمَا، وَأَلْحَقَ الْوَلَدَ بِالْمَرْأَةِ".
