Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6103
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, that whoever says "Insha'Allah" while eating has the option, if he wishes to fulfill his oath, then he may do so, and if he wishes to go back on it, then he may retract without incurring any sin.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مرفوعاً مروی ہے کہ جو شخص کھاتے وقت انشاء اللہ کہہ لے اسے اختیار ہے اگر اپنی قسم پوری کرنا چاہے تو کر لے اور اگر اس سے رجوع کرنا چاہے تو حانث ہوئے بغیر رجوع کر لے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marfooan marvi hai keh jo shakhs khate waqt Insha Allah keh le use ikhtiyar hai agar apni qasam puri karna chahe to kar le aur agar us se rujoo karna chahe to hanis huye baghair rujoo kar le.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" إِذَا حَلَفَ الرَّجُلُ , فَقَالَ: إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ، فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ، إِنْ شَاءَ فَلْيَمْضِ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ فَلْيَتْرُكْ".
