Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6151
Anas ibn Sirin, may Allah have mercy on him, said: I was with Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him and his father, in the plain of Arafat. When he set out, I set out with him. He went to the Imam and prayed Zuhr and Asr combined behind him, then he stood (in prayer) with him. I and some of my companions were with him. When the Imam left, we left with him. When Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him and his father, reached a narrow passage, he made his camel kneel down. We also made our camels kneel down, thinking that he wanted to pray. But his slave, who was holding his reins, said that Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him and his father, did not want to pray. Rather, he had remembered that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, had relieved himself when he reached this place, so he wanted to follow this Sunnah and relieve himself.

انس بن سیرین رحمہ اللہ کہتے کہ میں میدان عرفات میں سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کے ساتھ تھا جب وہ روانہ ہوئے تو میں بھی ان کے ساتھ چل پڑا وہ امام کے پاس پہنچے اور اس کے ساتھ ظہر اور عصر کی نماز اکٹھی پڑھی پھر اس کے ساتھ وقوف کیا میں اور میرے کچھ ساتھی بھی ان کے ساتھ شریک تھے یہاں تک کہ جب امام روانہ ہوا تو ہم بھی اس کے ساتھ روانہ ہو گئے سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما جب ایک تنگ راستے پر پہنچے تو انہوں نے اپنی اونٹنی کو بٹھایا ہم نے بھی اپنی اونٹنیوں کو بٹھالیا ہم یہ سمجھ رہے تھے کہ وہ نماز پڑھنا چاہتے ہیں لیکن ان کے غلام نے " جو ان کی سواری کو تھامے ہوئے تھا " بتایا کہ سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نماز نہیں پڑھنا چاہتے دراصل انہیں یہ بات یاد آگئی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ جب اس جگہ پر پہنچے تھے تو قضاء حاجت فرمائی تھی اس لئے ان کی خواہش یہ ہے کہ اس سنت کو بھی پورا کرتے ہوئے قضاء حاجت کر لیں۔
Anas bin Sireen rehmatullah alaih kehte hain keh main maidan Arafaat mein Syedna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ke saath tha jab woh rawana huay tou main bhi un ke saath chal para woh Imam ke pass pohanchay aur uske saath Zuhr aur Asr ki namaz ikathi parhi phir uske saath waqoof kiya main aur mere kuch sathi bhi unke saath sharik thay yahan tak ke jab Imam rawana hua tou hum bhi uske saath rawana ho gaye Syedna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a jab ek tang rastay par pohanchay tou unhon ne apni untni ko bithaya hum ne bhi apni untniyon ko bithaliya hum yeh samajh rahe thay ke woh namaz parhna chahte hain lekin unke ghulam ne "jo unki sawari ko thame huay tha" bataya ke Syedna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a namaz nahi parhna chahte darasal unhain yeh baat yaad aa gayi hai ke Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) jab is jagah par pohanchay thay tou Qaza Hajat farmai thi is liye unki khwahish yeh hai ke is Sunnat ko bhi pura karte huay Qaza Hajat kar lein.
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ ، قَالَ: كُنْتُ مَعَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ بِعَرَفَاتٍ، فَلَمَّا كَانَ حِينَ رَاحَ رُحْتُ مَعَهُ، حَتَّى أَتَى الْإِمَامَ، فَصَلَّى مَعَهُ الْأُولَى وَالْعَصْرَ، ثُمَّ وَقَفَ مَعَهُ وَأَنَا وَأَصْحَابٌ لِي، حَتَّى أَفَاضَ الْإِمَامُ فَأَفَضْنَا مَعَهُ، حَتَّى انْتَهَيْنَا إِلَى الْمَضِيقِ دُونَ الْمَأْزِمَيْنِ، فَأَنَاخَ وَأَنَخْنَا، وَنَحْنُ نَحْسَبُ أَنَّهُ يُرِيدُ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ، فَقَالَ غُلَامُهُ الَّذِي يُمْسِكُ رَاحِلَتَهُ: إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ يُرِيدُ الصَّلَاةَ، وَلَكِنَّهُ ذَكَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" لَمَّا انْتَهَى إِلَى هَذَا الْمَكَانِ قَضَى حَاجَتَهُ، فَهُوَ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَقْضِيَ حَاجَتَهُ.
