Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6222
Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (May Allah be pleased with him) used to perform the stoning of Jamarat al-Aqabah on the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah on mount and on foot during the rest of the days, and he would say that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to do the same.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما دس ذی الحجہ کو جمرہ عقبہ کی رمی سوار ہو کر اور باقی ایام میں پیدل کیا کرتے تھے اور بتاتے تھے کہ نبی ﷺ بھی اسی طرح کرتے تھے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar RA 10 Zil Hajj ko Jamarat Aqaba ki Rami sawaar ho kar aur baqi ayyam mein paidal kya karte thay aur batate thay ke Nabi SAW bhi isi tarah karte thay.
حَدَّثَنَا نُوحُ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُمَرَ الْعُمَرِيَّ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، قَالَ: كَانَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ :" يَرْمِي جَمْرَةَ الْعَقَبَةِ عَلَى دَابَّتِهِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ، وَكَانَ لَا يَأْتِي سَائِرَهَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ إِلَّا مَاشِيًا، ذَاهِبًا وَرَاجِعًا، وَزَعَمَ أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ لَا يَأْتِيهَا إِلَّا مَاشِيًا، ذَاهِبًا وَرَاجِعًا.
