Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6225
Saeed Muqabri (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "Once I saw Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) talking to a man. Another man came and sat between them. Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) placed his hand on the man's chest and said, 'The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not sit between two people who are speaking confidentially without their permission."'"

سعید مقبری رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں نے دیکھا کہ سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کسی شخص کے ساتھ کوئی بات کر رہے تھے ایک آدمی ان کے بیچ میں جا کر بیٹھ گیا انہوں نے اپنا ہاتھ اس کے سینے پر مار کر فرمایا: نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ہے جب دو آدمی آپس میں خفیہ بات کر رہے ہوں تو ان کی اجازت کے بغیر ان کے پاس جا کر مت بیٹھو۔
Saeed Muqabri rehmatullah alaih kehte hain ki ek martaba maine dekha ki Sayyidna Ibn Umar razi Allah anhuma kisi shakhs ke sath koi baat kar rahe the ek aadmi un ke beech mein ja kar baith gaya unhon ne apna hath us ke seene par maar kar farmaya: Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: hai jab do aadmi aapas mein khufiya baat kar rahe hon to un ki ijazat ke baghair un ke paas ja kar mat baitho.
حَدَّثَنَا نُوحٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ يُنَاجِي رَجُلًا، فَدَخَلَ رَجُلٌ بَيْنَهُمَا، فَضَرَبَ صَدْرَهُ، وَقَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِذَا تَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ، فَلَا يَدْخُلْ بَيْنَهُمَا الثَّالِثُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِمَا".
