Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6239
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (Allah be pleased with him) that he said, "I used to sell camels in Jannat al-Baqi'. If I sold for a dinar, I would take a dirham from the buyer, and if I sold for a dirham, I would take a dinar from him. One day, I went to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) to inquire about this matter. At that time, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was in the house of Sayyiduna Hafsah (may Allah be pleased with her). I said, 'O Messenger of Allah! I wanted to ask you about this matter: I sell camels in al-Baqi', and I take this in exchange for that, and that in exchange for this.' So, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'There is no harm in it if the exchange is done on the spot at the going rate. But do not separate from your companion until the transaction between you is complete.'"

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ میں جنت البقیع میں اونٹ بیچا کرتا تھا اگر دینار کے بدلے بیچتا تو میں خریدار سے درہم لے لیتا اور دراہم کے بدلے بیچتا تو اس سے دینار لے لیتا ایک دن میں یہ مسئلہ معلوم کر نے کے لئے نبی کریم ﷺ کے پاس آیا اس وقت آپ ﷺ سیدنا حفصہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے گھر میں تھے میں نے آپ ﷺ سے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ!! ٹھہریئے میں آپ سے یہ مسئلہ پوچھنا چاہتا ہوں کہ میں بقیع میں اونٹ بیچتا ہوں اور اس کے بدلے میں یہ اور اس کے بدلے میں وہ لے لیتا ہوں؟ تو آپ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”اگر اسی دن بھاؤ کے بدلے ہو تو کوئی حرج نہیں لیکن تم اس وقت تک اپنے ساتھی سے جدا نہ ہو جب تک تمہارے اور اس کے درمیان بیع کا کوئی معاملہ باقی ہو۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki mein Jannat ul Baqi mein unt becha karta tha agar dinar ke badle bechata to mein kharidar se dirham le leta aur dirham ke badle bechata to us se dinar le leta ek din mein ye masla maloom karne ke liye Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke paas aaya us waqt aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Sayyidna Hafsah ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) ke ghar mein thay mein ne aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se arz kiya Ya Rasulullah!! Theriye mein aap se ye masla puchna chahta hun ki mein Baqi mein unt bechata hun aur uske badle mein ye aur uske badle mein wo le leta hun? to aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Agar usi din bhaav ke badle ho to koi harj nahi lekin tum us waqt tak apne saathi se juda na ho jab tak tumhare aur uske darmiyaan bay ka koi mamla baqi ho.
حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ ، وَأَبُو كَامِلٍ , قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا سِمَاكُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: كُنْتُ أَبِيعُ الْإِبِلَ بِالْبَقِيعِ، فَأَقْبِضُ الْوَرِقَ مِنَ الدَّنَانِيرِ، وَالدَّنَانِيرَ مِنَ الْوَرِقِ، فَأَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ فِي بَيْتِ حَفْصَةَ، فَقُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، رُوَيْدَكَ أَسْأَلُكَ، إِنِّي كُنْتُ أَبِيعُ الْإِبِلَ بِالْبَقِيعِ، فَأَقْبِضُ هَذِهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ، وَهَذِهِ مِنْ هَذِهِ؟ فَقَالَ:" لَا بَأْسَ أَنْ تَأْخُذَهَا بِسِعْرِ يَوْمِهَا، مَا لَمْ تَفْتَرِقَا وَبَيْنَكُمَا شَيْءٌ".
