Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6284
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would enter Makkah al-Mukarramah, he would enter through Tariq Mu'arras (according to Ibn Numayr) Thaniyyah al-'Ulya, and when he would leave, he would leave through Tariq Shajarah (according to Ibn Numayr) Thaniyyah al-Sufla.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ جب مکہ مکرمہ داخل ہوتے تو طریق معرس (ابن نمیر کے بقول) ثنیہ علیا سے داخل ہوتے اور جب باہر جاتے تو طریق شجرہ (ابن نمیر کے بقول) ثنیہ سفلی سے باہر جاتے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) jab Makkah Mukarramah dakhil hote to tareeq Ma'ras (Ibn Numair ke baqaul) Saniyah Ulya se dakhil hote aur jab bahar jate to tareeq Shajrah (Ibn Numair ke baqaul) Saniyah Sufla se bahar jate.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، وَحَمَّادٌ يعني أبا أسامة , قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ كَانَ" إِذَا خَرَجَ، خَرَجَ مِنْ طَرِيقِ الشَّجَرَةِ، وَيَدْخُلُ مِنْ طَرِيقِ الْمُعَرَّسِ"، قَالَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ:" وَإِذَا دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ دَخَلَ مِنْ ثَنِيَّةِ الْعُلْيَا، وَيَخْرُجُ مِنْ ثَنِيَّةِ السُّفْلَى".
