Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6296
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not prevent your women from coming to the mosque at night." Hearing this, Salim or a son of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) said: "By Allah, we will not leave them like this. They will take it as an argument for themselves." Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) struck his chest with his hand and said: "I am narrating to you the hadith of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and you say this?”.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”تم رات کے وقت اپنے اہل خانہ کو مسجد آنے سے نہ روکا کرو یہ سن کر سالم یا سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کا کوئی بیٹا کہنے لگا کہ واللہ ہم تو انہیں اس طرح نہیں چھوڑیں گے وہ تو اسے اپنے لئے دلیل بنالیں گی سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے اس کے سینے پر ہاتھ مار کر فرمایا: ”کہ میں تم سے نبی کریم ﷺ کی حدیث بیان کر رہا ہوں اور تم یہ کہہ رہے ہو؟
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: “Tum raat ke waqt apne ahal khana ko masjid aane se na roka karo.” Ye sun kar Salim ya Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ka koi beta kehne laga ki wallah hum to inhen is tarah nahin chhodenge wo to ise apne liye daleel bana lengi. Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ne iske seene par hath maar kar farmaya: “Ki main tumse Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki hadees bayan kar raha hun aur tum ye keh rahe ho?”
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ , قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" ائْذَنُوا لِلنِّسَاءِ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ بِاللَّيْلِ"، فَقَالَ ابْنٌ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ: وَاللَّهِ لَنَمْنَعُهُنَّ، يَتَّخِذْنَهُ دَغَلًا لِحَوَائِجِهِنَّ!! فَقَالَ: فَعَلَ اللَّهُ بِكَ وَفَعَلَ، أَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: وَتَقُولُ: لَا نَدَعُهُنَّ؟!.
