Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6295
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said that Urwah ibn Zubair asked Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both), "In which month did the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) perform Umrah?" He said, "In the month of Rajab." When Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) heard this, she said, "May Allah have mercy on Abu Abdur Rahman (Ibn Umar)! Whenever the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed Umrah, he (Ibn Umar) was present. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) never performed Umrah in any month other than Dhul Hijjah."

مجاہد رحمہ اللہ کہتے ہیں کہ عروہ بن زبیر نے سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے پوچھا کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے کس مہینے میں عمرہ کیا تھا؟ انہوں نے کہا رجب کے مہینے میں سیدہ عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو معلوم ہوا تو فرمایا: ”کہ ابو عبدالرحمن پر اللہ رحم فرمائے نبی کریم ﷺ نے جو عمرہ بھی کیا یہ اس موقع پر موجود رہے نبی کریم ﷺ نے ذی الحجہ کے علاوہ کسی مہینے میں بھی عمرہ نہیں فرمایا: ”۔
Mujaahid Rahmatullah Alaih kahte hain ki Urwah bin Zabeer ne Sayyiduna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se poocha ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne kis mahine me Umrah kiya tha? Unhon ne kaha Rajab ke mahine me. Sayyida Ayesha ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ا) ko maloom hua to farmaya: ”Ke Abu Abdurrahman par Allah Reham farmaye Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne jo Umrah bhi kiya ye is mauke par mojood rahe. Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne Zil Hajj ke alawa kisi mahine me bhi Umrah nahi farmaya.
حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، قَالَ: سَأَلَ عُرْوَةُ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ : ابْنَ عُمَرَ , فِي أَيِّ شَهْرٍ اعْتَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَ: فِي رَجَبٍ , فَسَمِعَتْنَا عَائِشَةُ ، فَسَأَلَهَا ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ، وَأَخْبَرَهَا بِقَوْلِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ؟ فَقَالَتْ: يَرْحَمُ اللَّهُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ،" مَا اعْتَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عُمْرَةً إِلَّا قَدْ شَهِدَهَا، وَمَا اعْتَمَرَ عُمْرَةً قَطُّ إِلَّا فِي ذِي الْحِجَّةِ".
