Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6313
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gave this verdict: "The allegiance (wala') belongs to the one who sets the slave free."
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے یہ فیصلہ فرمایا: ”ہے کہ ولاء اسی کا حق ہے جو غلام کو آزاد کرتا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ye faisla farmaya: “Hai ki walaa usi ka haq hai jo ghulam ko azad karta hai.”
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، قَالَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى , حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" قَضَى أَنَّ الْوَلَاءَ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ".
