Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6338
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "When you are three people, two of you should not whisper to each other, leaving out the third, for that will grieve him."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جب تم تین آدمی ہو تو تیسرے کو چھوڑ کر دو آدمی سرگوشی نہ کر نے لگا کرو کیونکہ اس سے تیسرے کو غم ہو گا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: "Jab tum teen aadmi ho to teesre ko chhor kar do aadmi sargoshi na karne laga karo kyunki is se teesre ko gham ho ga."
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِذَا كُنْتُمْ ثَلَاثَةً، فَلَا يَتَنَاجَى اثْنَانِ دُونَ الثَّالِثِ، إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ، فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يُحْزِنُهُ".
