Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6376
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The sale of fruits for dates and the sale of dates for fruits is not permissible until both of them have ripened properly."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”پھلوں کی بیع کھجور کے بدلے اور کھجور کی بیع پھلوں کے بدلے اس وقت تک صحیح نہیں ہے جب تک وہ اچھی طرح پک نہ جائیں۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Phalon ki bay khajoor ke badle aur khajoor ki bay phalon ke badle us waqt tak sahih nahin hai jab tak woh achhi tarah pak na jayen.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ:" نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ بِالتَّمْرِ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرَةِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا".
