Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6423
Zaid bin Aslam narrated from his father that once I went with Abdullah Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) to Abdullah bin Mutee's place. He welcomed Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) and ordered the people to offer him a pillow. Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) said, "I have come to narrate to you a Hadith that I heard from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: 'Whoever withdraws his hand from obedience to the rightful ruler of his time, will have no argument (in his defense) on the Day of Judgement; and whoever dies without having joined the Jama'ah (main body of the Muslims) will have died the death of one belonging to the Days of Ignorance (pre-Islamic period).'

زید بن اسلم اپنے والد سے نقل کرتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کے ساتھ عبداللہ بن مطیع کے یہاں گیا، اس نے سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کو خوش آمدید کہا اور لوگوں کو حکم دیا کہ انہیں تکیہ پیش کرو، سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے فرمایا: ”کہ میں آپ کو ایک حدیث سنانے آیا ہوں جو میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ سے سنی ہے میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ جو شخص صحیح حکمران وقت سے ہاتھ کھینچتا ہے قیامت کے دن اس کی کوئی حجت قبول نہ ہو گی اور جو شخص " جماعت " کو چھوڑ کر مرگیا تو وہ جاہلیت کی موت مرا۔
Zaid bin Aslam apne walid se naqal karte hain ke ek martaba main Syedna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ke sath Abdullah bin Mutee ke yahan gaya, usne Syedna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ko khush amadid kaha aur logon ko hukum diya ke unhen takiya pesh karo, Syedna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a ne farmaya: “ke main aapko ek hadees sunane aaya hun jo maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se suni hai maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate huye suna hai ke jo shakhs sahih hakumran waqt se hath khenchta hai qayamat ke din uski koi hujjat qubool na ho gi aur jo shakhs "jamaat" ko chhod kar mar gaya to wo jahiliyat ki maut mara.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ عَمْرٍو ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ يَعْنِي بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: دَخَلْتُ مَعَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَلَى عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُطِيعٍ، فَقَالَ مَرْحَبًا بِأَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، ضَعُوا لَهُ وِسَادَةً. فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ : إِنَّمَا جِئْتُ لِأُحَدِّثَكَ حَدِيثًا سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَقُولُ:" مَنْ نَزَعَ يَدًا مِنْ طَاعَةٍ، فَإِنَّهُ يَأْتِي يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ لَا حُجَّةَ لَهُ، وَمَنْ مَاتَ وَهُوَ مَفَارِقٌ لِلْجَمَاعَةِ، فَإِنَّهُ يَمُوتُ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً".
