Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6553
Narrated by Sayyiduna Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever drinks wine, flog him. If he drinks it again, flog him. If he drinks it a third time, flog him. And on the fourth time, he said: “Kill him.”

سیدنا ابن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جو شخص شراب نوشی کرے اسے کوڑے مارو دوبارہ پیئے تو پھر مارو سہ بارہ پیئے تو پھر مارو اور چوتھی مرتبہ فرمایا: ”کہ اسے قتل کر دو۔
Sayyidina Ibn Amr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: ”Jo shakhs sharaab noshi kare use kore maro dobara piye to phir maro seh baara piye to phir maro aur chauthi martaba farmaya: ”Ke use qatal kar do.
حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ . وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" الْخَمْرُ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ، ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا، فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ، ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا، فَاجْلِدُوهُمْ، ثُمَّ إِذَا شَرِبُوهَا، فَاقْتُلُوهُمْ، عِنْدَ الرَّابِعَةِ".
