Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 7239
Narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: There is no prophet or ruler who does not have two types of advisors: one group that advises him to do good, and the other group that leaves no stone unturned in leading him to misfortune. Whoever is saved from the evil of these two is indeed safe, and whoever falls prey to them will be counted among them.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: کوئی نبی یا حکمران ایسا نہیں ہے کہ اس کے دو قسم کے مشیر نہ ہوں ایک گروہ اسے نیکی کا حکم دیتا ہے اور دوسرا گروہ (اس بدنصیبی میں اپنا کردار ادا کرنے میں) کوئی کسر نہیں چھوڑتا۔ جو ان دونوں کے شر سے بچ گیا وہ محفوظ رہا اور جو گروہ اس پر غالب آگیا اس کا شمار انہی میں ہو گا۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Koi nabi ya hukmaran aisa nahin hai ke uske do qisam ke mushir na hon ek giroh use neki ka hukm deta hai aur dusra giroh (is badnaseebi mein apna kirdar ada karne mein) koi kasar nahin chhorta. Jo in donon ke shar se bach gaya woh mahfooz raha aur jo giroh us par ghalib aa gaya us ka shumar unhi mein ho ga.
حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَا مِنْ نَبِيٍّ، وَلَا وَالي، إِلَّا وَلَهُ بِطَانَتَانِ: بِطَانَةٌ تَأْمُرُهُ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ، وَبِطَانَةٌ لَا تَأْلُوهُ خَبَالًا، وَمَنْ وُقِيَ شَرَّهُمَا، فَقَدْ وُقِيَ، وَهُوَ مَعَ الَّتِي تَغْلِبُ عَلَيْهِ مِنْهُمَا".
