Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 7704
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The blood of a quadruped (animal) is insignificant (in terms of seeking retribution). The blood of the one who dies by falling into a well is insignificant. The blood of the one who dies in a landslide is also insignificant. And the treasure that falls into someone's hand, its Khums (one-fifth) is obligatory.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا چوپائے کا زخم رائیگاں ہے کنویں میں گر کر مرنے والے کا خون رائیگاں ہے کان میں مرنے والے کا خون بھی رائیگاں ہے اور وہ دفینہ جو کسی کے ہاتھ لگ جائے اس میں خمس (پانچواں حصہ) واجب ہے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ke Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya chopaye ka zakhm raigan hai kuwain mein gir kar marne wale ka khoon raigan hai kaan mein marne wale ka khoon bhi raigan hai aur wo dafina jo kisi ke hath lag jaye us mein khums (panchwan hissa) wajib hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، وأبي سلمة ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْعَجْمَاءُ جَرْحُها جُبَارٌ، وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ" . وَالْجُبَارُ: الْهَدَرُ.
