Hazifa (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) stood up to urinate by the garbage dump of a people. I moved away from him, whereupon he said: "Come closer." So I came closer, and then he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) performed ablution and wiped over his leather socks.

(٤٨٦) سیدنا حذیفہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ایک قوم کے کوڑا کرکٹ کے ڈھیر پر کھڑے ہوئے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کھڑے ہو کر پیشاب کیا۔ میں آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے دور ہٹ گیا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : قریب ہو تو میں قریب ہوا، پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے وضو کیا اور موزوں پر مسح کیا۔
(486) Syedna Huzaifa (RA) farmate hain ki Nabi (SAW) aik qaum ke kooda karkat ke dher par kharay huye to aap (SAW) ne kharay hokar peshab kiya. Mein aap (SAW) se door hat gaya to aap (SAW) ne farmaya: qareeb ho to mein qareeb hua, phir aap (SAW) ne wuzu kiya aur mozon par masah kiya.
Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I was walking with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) when he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went behind a trash heap of some people and urinated as one of you would stand. The narrator said: I hung back, but he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) gestured to me, and so I stood behind him (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) until he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had finished.

(٤٨٧) سیدنا حذیفہ بن یمان (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں اور رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اکٹھے چل رہے تھے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) قوم کے کوڑا کرکٹ کے ڈھیر کے پیچھے آئے اور پیشاب کیا جس طرح تم سے کوئی کھڑا ہوتا ہے۔ راوی کہتا ہے : میں پیچھے ہوا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے مجھے اشارہ کیا اور میں آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پیچھے کھڑا ہوگیا یہاں تک کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) فارغ ہوگئے۔
487 Saidna Huzaifa bin Yaman (RA) farmate hain ke main aur Rasool Allah (SAW) akathe chal rahe the to aap (SAW) qaum ke kooda karkat ke dher ke peeche aaye aur peshab kiya jis tarah tum se koi khara hota hai. Ravi kehta hai: main peeche huwa to aap (SAW) ne mujhe ishara kiya aur main aap (SAW) ke peeche khara hogaya yahan tak ke aap (SAW) farigh hogaye.
Narration (488): It is narrated from Mughirah bin Shubah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to the garbage heap of the tribe and urinated while standing. I met Mansur and asked him about it, so he narrated to me the hadith of Hudhaifa from Abu Wa'il that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to the garbage heap of the tribe and urinated while standing.

(٤٨٨) سیدنا مغیرہ بن شعبہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) قوم کے کوڑا کرکٹ کے ڈھیر پر آئے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کھڑے ہو کر پیشاب کیا، میں منصور سے ملا تو ان سے اس بارے میں سوال کیا تو انھوں نے مجھے ابو وائل سے حضرت حذیفہ کی حدیث سنائی کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) قوم کے کوڑا کرکٹ کے ڈھیر پر آئے اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کھڑے ہو کر پیشاب کیا۔
Sayidna Mughira bin Shuba se riwayat hai ki Nabi qom ke kooda karkat ke dher par aaye to aap kharay ho kar peshab kiya, main Mansoor se mila to unse is baare mein sawal kiya to unhon ne mujhe Abu Wa'il se Hazrat Huzaifa ki hadees sunayi ki Nabi qom ke kooda karkat ke dher par aaye aur aap kharay ho kar peshab kiya.
(489) Narrated by Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) urinated while standing due to a wound that he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had on his knees.
(b) Imam Ahmad (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "One opinion is that the Arabs used to urinate while standing to cure back pain. It is possible that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) also had this ailment." Imam Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) gave the same meaning. Another opinion is that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did this because there was no place to sit. And Allah knows best.

(٤٨٩) سیدنا ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے زخم کی وجہ سے کھڑے ہو کر پیشاب کیا جو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے گھٹنوں میں تھا۔
(ب) امام احمد (رح) فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک قول یہ ہے کہ اہل عرب کمر کی تکلیف سے شفا کے لیے کھڑے ہو کر پیشاب کرتے تھے ممکن ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو بھی یہ تکلیف ہو۔ امام شافعی (رح) نے اس کے یہی معنی بیان کیے ہیں۔ ایک قول یہ بھی ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ایسا اس لیے کیا کہ وہاں بیٹھنے کے لیے کوئی جگہ نہ تھی۔ واللہ اعلم
(489) Syedna Abu Huraira (RA) se riwayat hai keh Nabi (SAW) ne zakhm ki wajah se kharay ho kar peshab kya jo aap (SAW) ke ghutno mein tha.
(b) Imam Ahmad (RH) farmate hain keh ek qaul yeh hai keh ahl arab kamar ki takleef se shifa ke liye kharay ho kar peshab karte thay mumkin hai keh aap (SAW) ko bhi yeh takleef ho. Imam Shafi (RH) ne is ke yahi mani bayan kiye. Ek qaul yeh bhi hai keh aap (SAW) ne aisa is liye kya keh wahan baithne ke liye koi jaga na thi. Wallahu alam.
