Sayyida Basrah bint Safwan (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that she heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: “Whoever touches his private parts or testicles or the place where dirt collects, then let him perform ablution.” In the narration of Tusi, it states: “Or touches his armpits, then let him perform ablution like that for prayer.”

(٦٥٢) سیدہ بسرہ بنت صفوان (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا : ” جو شخص اپنی شرمگاہ یا خصیتین یا میل جمع ہونے کی جگہ کو چھوئے تو وہ وضو کرے۔ “
(ب) طوسی کی روایت میں یہ الفاظ ہیں : یا اپنی بغلوں کو چھوئے تو وہ نماز جیسا وضو کرے۔
(652) Sayyida Basra bint Safwan (Razi Allah Anha) farmati hain ke maine Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko farmate huye suna: "Jo shakhs apni sharamgah ya khasiyatein ya mail jama hone ki jaga ko chhuye to woh wuzu kare."
(b) Tusi ki riwayat mein yeh alfaz hain: ya apni baghlon ko chhuye to woh namaz jaisa wuzu kare.
Basarah bint Safwan (may Allah be pleased with her) reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "Whoever touches his private part, let him perform ablution."
'Urwah used to say: "Whoever touches a dirty place, or his testicles, or his private part, let him perform ablution."

(٦٥٣) سیدہ بسرہ بنت صفوان (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ انھوں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا : ” جو اپنی شرمگاہ کو چھوئے تو وہ وضو کرے۔ “
عروہ کہتے تھے کہ ” جو میل والی جگہ کو چھوئے یا خصیتین یا شرمگاہ کو چھوئے تو وہ وضو کرے۔ “
Sayyidah Basrah bint Safwan (RA) se riwayat hai ki unhon ne Rasulullah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko farmate huye suna: "Jo apni sharamgah ko chhuye to woh wudhu kare." Urwah kahte the ki "Jo mail wali jagah ko chhuye ya khasiyatayn ya sharamgah ko chhuye to woh wudhu kare."
(654) The father of Hisham bin Urwah said: When a person touches his area of discharge or his private parts or his penis, he should not pray until he performs ablution.
(b) The mentioned Hadith is narrated from Hisham bin Urwah with another chain, it is a mistake of some narrator and the correct view is that it is the saying of Urwah.
(c) The analogy is that touching over clothes does not necessitate ablution, and we have followed the Sunnah that touching the private part without a barrier necessitates ablution.

(٦٥٤) ہشام بن عروہ کے والد فرماتے تھے : جب کوئی شخص اپنی میل والی جگہ کو چھوئے یا خصیتیں یا اپنی شرمگاہ کو چھوئے تو وہ نماز نہ پڑھے یہاں تک کہ وضو کرے۔
(ب) ایک اور سند کے ساتھ ہشام بن عروہ سے مدرج حدیث منقول ہے، یہ کسی راوی کا وہم ہے اور درست بات یہی ہے کہ وہ عروہ کا قول ہے۔
(ج) قیاس یہ ہے کہ مس جب کپڑے کے اوپر سے ہو تو اس سے وضو نہیں ہے اور ہم نے سنت کی اتباع کی ہے کہ شرمگاہ کو چھوئے بغیر وضو واجب نہیں۔

j Qayas yeh hai ke mas jab kapre ke upar se ho to is se wuzu nahi hai aur hum ne sunnat ki ittiba ki hai ke sharamgah ko chhue baghair wuzu wajib nahi hai
