(913) Hamid bin Abdur Rahman Hamiris said: I met a man, he was a companion of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) like Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) who stayed with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) for four years. He said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) prohibited urinating in the bathroom, having intercourse with a woman in her menses, and a man having intercourse with a woman who has just given birth until their postpartum bleeding stops.

(٩١٣) حمید بن عبد الرحمن حمیری کہتے ہیں کہ میں ایک شخص کو ملا، وہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا صحابی تھا جیسے ابوہریرہ (رض) چار سال نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ رہے، اس نے کہا : رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ہر دن کنگھی کرنے، غسل خانے میں پیشاب کرنے، عورت کے مرد کے بچے ہوئے پانی سے غسل کر نییا مرد کے عورت بچے ہوئے پانی سے غسل کرنے سے منع کیا انھیں چاہیے کہ وہ اکٹھے چلو بھریں۔
(913) hamid bin abd ur rehman hamiri kehte hain keh main ek shakhs ko mila, woh nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ka sahabi tha jaise abu hurairah (ra) chaar saal nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath rahe, usne kaha: rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne har din kanghi karne, ghusl khane mein peshab karne, aurat ke mard ke bache huye pani se ghusl karne ya mard ke aurat bache huye pani se ghusl karne se mana kiya unhen chahiye keh woh ek sath lo bhari.
Asim Ahwal said: I heard from Abu Hajib, who reported a hadith from a companion of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade performing ablution with the amniotic fluid of a woman.

(٩١٤) عاصم احول کہتے ہیں : میں نے ابو حاجب سے سنا جو کسی صحابی رسول سے حدیث بیان کرتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے عورت کے بچے ہوئے پانی سے وضو کرنے سے منع فرمایا۔
(914) Asim Ahwal kahte hain : Main ne Abu Hajib se suna jo kisi sahabi Rasool se hadees bayan karte hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne aurat ke bache hue pani se wuzu karne se mana farmaya.
(915) (a) It is narrated on the authority of Hukm ibn 'Amr that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: No man should perform ablution with the water left over by a woman. (b) Imam Abu Dawud narrated it in Tayalisi, and its wording includes: "He said, or rather with her leftover water," meaning the water she left after drinking.

(٩١٥) (الف) حکم بن عمرو سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا کہ کوئی مرد کسی عورت کے بچے ہوئے پانی سے وضو نہ کرے۔ (ب) امام ابوداؤد طیالسی سے روایت ہے، اس میں أنہ قال یا قال بسؤرھا کے الفاظ ہیں۔ یعنی اس کے جھوٹے پانی سے۔
915 a Hukm bin Amr se riwayat hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki koi mard kisi aurat ke bache huye pani se wuzu na kare b Imam Abu Dawud Tayalsi se riwayat hai is mein unhon ne kaha ya kaha bisuriha ke alfaz hain yani is ke jhute pani se
Narrated by Sayyiduna Hukm bin Amr Ghiffari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade drinking the remaining water from a woman's mouthful. And Asim is unaware whether this refers to the water remaining after she performs ablution or the water remaining after she drinks.

(٩١٦) سیدنا حکم بن عمرو غفاری (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے عورت کے جھوٹی سے منع فرمایا اور عاصم نہیں جانتے کہ اس کے وضو کے بچے ہوئے پانی یا اس کے پینے سے بچے ہوئے پانی کے متعلق فرمایا۔
(916) Saidina Hukm bin Amr Ghaffari (RA) se riwayat hai ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne aurat ke jhoothi se mana farmaya aur Asim nahin jante ki iske wazu ke bache hue pani ya iske pine se bache hue pani ke mutalliq farmaya.
Sulayman Taimi said: I heard from Abu Hajib (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: A man should not perform ablution with the water left over by a woman.

(٩١٧) سلیمان تیمی فرماتے ہیں : میں نے ابو حاجب (رض) سے سنا کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : مرد عورت کے بچے ہوئے پانی سے وضو نہ کرے۔
(917) Sulaiman Tami farmate hain : main ne Abu Hajib (RA) se suna ki aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : mard aurat ke bache hue pani se wuzu na kare.
(918) Abu Hajab, a companion of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) from the Banu Ghaffar tribe, reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: No man should perform ablution with the leftover water of a woman who has given birth.
(b) Imam Muhammad bin Ismaeel Bukhari says that Abu Hajab Suwadah bin Asim Anzi was counted among the people of Basra and he was also called Ghaffari. In my opinion, it is not correct to narrate from him on the authority of Hakam bin Amr.
Imam Bayhaqi (may Allah have mercy on him) says: It has been reported to me from Abu Isa Tirmidhi that I asked Muhammad bin Ismaeel Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) about this hadith, and he said: It is not correct to narrate from Abu Hajab on the authority of Hakam bin Amr.
(c) Ali bin Umar al-Hafiz says that Abu Hajab's name is Suwad bin Asim, there is a difference of opinion regarding this. Imran bin Hudair and Ghazwan bin Hajir Sadoosi narrate from him in a suspended chain (muqati’). It is narrated as a non-marfu’ (not directly attributed to the Prophet) statement from Hakam.

(٩١٨) ابو حاجب ایک صحابی رسول سے جن کا تعلق بنی غفار قبیلے سے ہے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کوئی مرد کسی عورت کے بچے ہوئے پانی سے طہارت حاصل نہ کرے۔
(ب) امام محمد بن اسماعیل بخاری کہتے ہیں کہ ابو حاجب سوادہ بن عاصم عنزی کا شمار بصریوں میں ہوتا ہے اور اسے غفاری بھی کہا جاتا ہے۔ میرے خیال کے مطابق اس کا حکم بن عمرو سے روایت کرنا صحیح نہیں۔
امام بیہقی (رح) فرماتے ہیں کہ مجھے ابو عیسیٰ ترمذی سے روایت پہنچی ہے کہ میں نے محمد بن اسماعیل بخاری (رح) سے اس حدیث کے متعلق پوچھا تو انھوں نے کہا : ابو حاجب کا حکم بن عمرو سے روایت کرنا صحیح نہیں۔
(ج) علی بن عمر الحافظ کہتے ہیں کہ ابو حاجب کا نام سواد بن عاصم ہے، اس بارے میں اختلاف ہے۔ عمران بن حدیر اور غزوان بن حجیر سدوسی اس سے موقوفاً روایت کرتے ہیں۔ حکم کے قول سے جو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے غیر مرفوع منقول ہے۔
(918) Abu Hajib ek sahabi rasool se jin ka taluq Bani Ghaffar qabile se hai naql farmate hain ke nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : koi mard kisi aurat ke bache hue pani se taharat hasil na kare.
(b) Imam Muhammad bin Ismail Bukhari kehte hain ke Abu Hajib Sawadah bin Asim Anzi ka shumar basriyon mein hota hai aur ise ghafari bhi kaha jata hai. Mere khayal ke mutabiq is ka hukm bin Amr se riwayat karna sahih nahi.
Imam Baihaqi (rh) farmate hain ke mujhe Abu Aisa Tirmizi se riwayat pahuchi hai ke maine Muhammad bin Ismail Bukhari (rh) se is hadees ke mutalliq pucha to unhon ne kaha : Abu Hajib ka hukm bin Amr se riwayat karna sahih nahi.
(j) Ali bin Umar Al-Hafiz kehte hain ke Abu Hajib ka naam Sawad bin Asim hai, is bare mein ikhtilaf hai. Imran bin Hadir aur Ghazwam bin Hajir Sadusi is se mauqoofan riwayat karte hain. Hukm ke qaul se jo nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se ghair marfu manqool hai.
Narrated `Abdullah bin Sirjis (RA): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) prohibited using the leftover water from a woman's ablution.

(٩٢٠) سیدنا عبداللہ بن سرجس (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے عورت کے وضو سے بچے ہوئے پانی کو استعمال کرنے سے منع فرمایا۔
(920) Saidina Abdullah bin Surjus (RA) se riwayat hai ke Rasulullah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne aurat ke wuzu se bache hue pani ko istamal karne se mana farmaya.
Narration 921: It is narrated from Sayyidina Abdullah bin Sarjis (may Allah be pleased with him) that a woman can perform ablution and ghusl (ritual bath) with the leftover water of a man's ablution and ghusl, but a man cannot perform ablution with the leftover water of a woman's ghusl and ablution.
(b) Ali says that it is more correct that this narration is mawqoof (attributed to a companion).
(c) The Shaykh says: Abu 'Isa Tirmidhi narrates to me from Imam Muhammad bin Ismail Bukhari (may Allah have mercy on him) that he said regarding the hadith of Abdullah bin Sarjis: "It is more authentic that it is mawqoof in this chapter. Whoever narrated it as marfu' (attributed to the Prophet) made a mistake."

(٩٢١) سیدنا عبداللہ بن سرجس (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ عورت وضو اور غسل ، مرد کے وضو اور غسل سے بچے ہوئے پانی سے کرسکتی ہے اور مرد عورت کے غسل اور وضو سیبچے ہوئے پانی سے وضو نہیں کرسکتا۔
(ب) علی کہتے ہیں کہ اس روایت کا موقوف ہونا زیادہ درست ہے۔
(ج) شیخ کہتے ہیں کہ مجھے ابو عیسیٰ ترمذی امام محمد بن اسماعیل بخاری (رح) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے حدیث عبداللہ بن سرجس کے متعلق فرمایا : اس باب میں اس کا موقوف ہونا صحیح ہے۔ جس نے اس کو مرفوع بیان کیا اس نے غلطی کی۔
921 Saidina Abdullah bin Sarjis (RA) se riwayat hai ki aurat wuzu aur ghusl, mard ke wuzu aur ghusl se bache hue pani se kar sakti hai aur mard aurat ke ghusl aur wuzu se bache hue pani se wuzu nahi kar sakta.
(b) Ali kahte hain ki is riwayat ka mauqoof hona ziada durust hai.
(j) Shaikh kahte hain ki mujhe Abu Isa Tirmizi Imam Muhammad bin Ismail Bukhari (RA) se naql farmate hain ki unhon ne hadees Abdullah bin Sarjis ke mutalliq farmaya: is bab mein is ka mauqoof hona sahih hai. Jis ne is ko marfoo bayan kiya us ne ghalati ki.
