Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 126
(126) (a) Imran bin Husain (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and his companions went on a journey and became very thirsty. Two of the companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to him. I think they were Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Zubair (may Allah be pleased with him) or maybe someone else. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "You two will find a woman at such and such a place, she will have a camel, and there will be two water skins on it. Bring her to me." They both came to the woman. They saw that the woman was sitting between two water skins on a camel. They said to her, "The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is calling you." She said, "Who is the Messenger of Allah?" This irreligious man! (God forbid)." They said, "He is the same one you are referring to, but the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is true." They brought her along. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered that water be taken out of the waterskins and he recited something over it. Then he returned the water to her water skins. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered two leather bags to be brought, and they were opened. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered the people (to drink), so they filled their vessels and leather bags and the people did not leave a single vessel or leather bag empty that day. Imran (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "I thought it had been filled too much." Imran says that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered to spread a cloth, then he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered the Companions to bring their food. They filled the cloth with food. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to the woman, "Go, we have not taken anything from your water, but Allah Almighty has given us drink."
Imran says: The woman came to her family and said that I came from the greatest magician or else he is surely the true Messenger of Allah. Imran says: Then the people of the settlement of Hawwa came and all embraced Islam.
(b) It is most likely that an impure man gave water to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) in a vessel. You (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Pour it on yourself," and the woman was standing watching what was being done with her water.

(١٢٦) (الف) حضرت عمران بن حصین (رض) کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اور آپ کے صحابہ ایک سفر میں گئے، انھیں سخت پیاس لگ گئی۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے دو صحابی آئے۔ میرا گمان ہے کہ وہ علی (رض) اور زبیر (رض) تھے یا شاید ان کے علاوہ کوئی اور۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم دونوں فلاں جگہ پر ایک عورت کو پاؤ گے اس کے پاس اونٹ ہوگا، اس پر دو مٹکے ہوں گے ۔ تم دونوں اس کو میرے پاس لاؤ۔ وہ دونوں عورت کے پاس آئے ۔ انھوں نے اس کو دیکھا وہ عورت اونٹ پر دو مٹکوں کے درمیان بیٹھی ہوئی تھی، انھوں نے اس سے کہا : آپ کو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) بلا رہے ہیں، وہ کہنے لگی : کون رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ؟ یہی بےدین ! (معاذ اللہ) انھوں نے کہا : وہی ہیں جو تم مراد لے رہی ہو لیکن رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) برحق ہیں، وہ دونوں اس کو لے کر آئے۔ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے حکم دیا کہ مٹکوں سے پانی نکالو اور اس پر کچھ پڑھا۔ پھر پانی کو اس کے مٹکوں میں واپس لوٹا دیا۔ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے دو مشکیزوں کا حکم دیا، ان کو کھولا گیا۔ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے لوگوں کو حکم دیا، انھوں نے اپنے برتنوں اور مشکیزوں کو بھر لیا اور لوگوں نے اس دن کوئی برتن اور مشکیزہ خالی نہیں چھوڑا، ۔ عمران (رض) کہتے ہیں : مجھے خیال تھا کہ زیادہ بھر گیا ہے۔ عمران کہتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کپڑے کو پھیلانے کا حکم دیا، پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے صحابہ کرام کو حکم دیا کہ وہ اپنا زاد راہ لے کر آئیں۔ انھوں نے زاد راہ سے کپڑے کو بھر دیا۔ پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس عورت سے فرمایا : ” جاؤ، ہم نے آپ کے پانی میں سے کچھ نہیں لیا، لیکن اللہ تعالیٰ نے ہم کو پلا دیا ہے۔ “
عمران کہتے ہیں : وہ عورت اپنے اہل و عیال کے پاس آئی اور کہنے لگی کہ میں سب سے بڑے جادو گر کے پاس سے آئی ہوں یا پھر وہ یقیناً اللہ کے برحق رسول ہیں۔ عمران کہتے ہیں : پھر حواء بستی والے آئے اور سب مسلمان ہوگئے۔
(ب) بیشک نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو ناپاک آدمی نے برتن میں پانی دیا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اس کو اپنے اوپر ڈال لے اور وہ عورت کھڑی دیکھ رہی تھی جو اس کے پانی کے ساتھ کیا جا رہا تھا۔ “
(126) (alif) Hazrat Imran bin Husain (RA) kahte hain ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) aur aap ke Sahaba ek safar mein gaye, unhen sakht pyaas lag gayi. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke do Sahabi aaye. Mera gumaan hai ke woh Ali (RA) aur Zabeir (RA) the ya shayad un ke ilawa koi aur. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Tum donon falan jagah par ek aurat ko pao ge uske paas unt hoga, us par do matke honge . Tum donon usko mere paas lao. Woh donon aurat ke paas aaye . Unhon ne usko dekha woh aurat unt par do matkon ke darmiyan baithi hui thi, unhon ne us se kaha : Aap ko Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) bula rahe hain, woh kahne lagi : Kaun Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ? Yahi bedin ! (Maaz Allah) Unhon ne kaha : Wahi hain jo tum muraad le rahi ho lekin Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) barhaq hain, woh donon usko lekar aaye. Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne hukum diya ke matkon se pani nikalo aur us par kuchh padha. Phir pani ko uske matkon mein wapas lota diya. Phir aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne do mashkizon ka hukum diya, unko khola gaya. Phir aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne logon ko hukum diya, unhon ne apne bartan aur mashkizon ko bhar liya aur logon ne us din koi bartan aur mashkiza khali nahin chhoda, . Imran (RA) kahte hain : Mujhe khayal tha ke zyada bhar gaya hai. Imran kahte hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne kapde ko phailane ka hukum diya, phir aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne Sahaba kiram ko hukum diya ke woh apna zad rah lekar aayein. Unhon ne zad rah se kapde ko bhar diya. Phir aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne us aurat se farmaya : ” Jao, humne aap ke pani mein se kuchh nahin liya, lekin Allah Ta'ala ne hum ko pila diya. “ Imran kahte hain : Woh aurat apne ahal o ayaal ke paas aayi aur kahne lagi ke main sab se bade jadoo gar ke paas se aayi hun ya phir woh yaqinan Allah ke barhaq Rasul hain. Imran kahte hain : Phir Hawwa basti wale aaye aur sab musalman ho gaye. (b) Beshak Nabi Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko napak aadmi ne bartan mein pani diya. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Isko apne upar daal le aur woh aurat khadi dekh rahi thi jo uske pani ke sath kya ja raha tha.
(128) (a) Narrated Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him): We used to participate in Jihad along with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). We would find the utensils and water skins of the polytheists, and we would benefit from them. This was not considered objectionable for them.
(b) And in the narration of Ibn Abdan, it is stated: "And no blame was placed upon us."

(١٢٨) (الف) حضرت جابر (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ ہم رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ مل کر جہاد کرتے تھے، ہم کو مشرکوں کے برتن اور ان کے مشکیزے مل جاتے تو ہم اس سے فائدہ اٹھاتے، یہ ان کے لیے کوئی عیب والی بات نہیں ہوتی تھی۔
(ب) اور ابن عبدان کی روایت میں ہے کہ ہم پر کوئی عیب نہیں لگایا جاتا تھا۔
Hazrat Jabir (RA) se riwayat hai ki hum Rasool Allah (SAW) ke saath mil kar jihad karte thay, hum ko mushrikon ke bartan aur un ke mashkize mil jatay to hum us se faida uthatay, yeh un ke liye koi aib wali baat nahi hoti thi.
Aur Ibn Abdan ki riwayat mein hai ki hum par koi aib nahi lagaya jata tha.
Zaid bin Aslam narrates from his father that Sayyidina Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) performed ablution with the water in a Christian's earthen pot.

(١٢٩) زید بن اسلم اپنے والد سے نقل کرتے ہیں کہ سیدنا عمر (رض) نے نصرانی کے مٹکے میں موجود پانی سے وضو کیا۔
Zayd bin Aslam apne walid se naql karte hain ke Sayyidna Umar (RA) ne nasrani ke matke mein mojood pani se wuzu kiya.
Zaid bin Aslam's father narrates: When we were in Syria, I brought water to 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), and he performed ablution with it. 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) asked, "Where did you get it from?" I had not seen any water better than it except for the water of the sky. Zaid bin Aslam's father said: "From the house of this old Christian woman." When he finished his ablution, he came to that woman. 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "O old woman! Accept Islam and you will be safe. Allah has sent Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with the truth." The narrator said: She uncovered her head, and her head was white like a Thamama flower. The woman said, "Should I die now?" The narrator said: 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "O Allah! Be my witness."

(١٣٠) زید بن اسلم کے والد کہتے ہیں کہ جب ہم شام میں تھے تو میں سیدنا عمر (رض) کے پاس پانی لے کر آیا، آپ نے اس سے وضو کیا۔ سیدنا عمر (رض) نے پوچھا : تو اس کو کہاں سے لایا ہے ؟ میں نے اس پانی اور آسمان کے پانی کے علاوہ کوئی اچھا پانی نہیں دیکھا۔ زید بن اسلم کے باپ کہتے ہیں : میں نے کہا : اس نصرانی بڑھیا عورت کے گھر سے (لایا ہوں) ۔ جب آپ نے وضو کیا تو اس عورت کے پاس آئے۔ سیدنا عمر (رض) نے کہا : اے بڑھیا عورت ! مسلمان ہوجا تو محفوظ ہوجائے گی، اللہ تعالیٰ نے نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو حق کے ساتھ مبعوث کیا ہے۔ راوی کہتے ہیں : اس نے اپنا سر ننگا کیا تو اس کا سر ثغامہ پھول کی طرح سفید ہوچکا تھا، اس عورت نے کہا : اب میں مر جاؤں ؟ راوی کہتے ہیں : سیدنا عمر (رض) نے کہا : اے اللہ ! تو گواہ ہوجا۔
Zayd bin Aslam ke walid kahte hain ki jab hum Sham mein the to main Sayyiduna Umar (RA) ke pass pani lekar aaya, aap ne us se wuzu kiya. Sayyiduna Umar (RA) ne pucha: to us ko kahan se laya hai? main ne is pani aur asman ke pani ke alawa koi achha pani nahin dekha. Zayd bin Aslam ke baap kahte hain: main ne kaha: is nasrani burhiya aurat ke ghar se (laya hun). Jab aap ne wuzu kiya to us aurat ke pass aaye. Sayyiduna Umar (RA) ne kaha: aye burhiya aurat! Musalman hoja to mahfooz hojaegi, Allah Ta'ala ne Nabi Kareem (SAW) ko haq ke sath mabus kia hai. Ravi kahte hain: us ne apna sar nanga kiya to us ka sar sagafa phool ki tarah safed hochuka tha, us aurat ne kaha: ab main mar jaun? Ravi kahte hain: Sayyiduna Umar (RA) ne kaha: aye Allah! tu gawa hoja.
(131) It is narrated on the authority of Umm al-Mu'minin Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would avoid drinking from the utensils of the Christians.
(b) Abu Abdullah says that Ibrahim bin Yazid Khuzi ibn Abi Malika is unique in narrating this.
(c) Shaykh (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the hadith of Ibrahim is not reliable.
(d) Then this hadith that has just been mentioned will be considered as a prohibition of abhorrence (tanzihi).

(١٣١) ام المؤمنین سیدہ عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نصاریٰ کے برتنوں میں پینے سے پرہیز کرتے تھے۔
(ب) ابو عبداللہ کہتے ہیں کہ ابراہیم بن یزید خوزی ابن أبی ملیکہ سے بیان کرنے میں متفرد ہے۔
(ج) شیخ (رح) کہتے ہیں کہ ابراہیم کی حدیث قابل حجت نہیں۔
(د) پھر یہ روایت جو ابھی گزری ہے نہی تنزیہی پر محمول ہوگی۔
131 Umm ul momineen Sayyidah Ayesha (RA) se riwayat hai ke Rasulullah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) nasara ke bartan mein peenay se parhez karte thay
b Abu Abdullah kehte hain ke Ibrahim bin Yazid Khozi ibn Abi Malika se bayan karne mein mutafarrid hai
j Sheikh (RH) kehte hain ke Ibrahim ki hadees qabil hujjat nahi
d Phir yeh riwayat jo abhi guzri hai nahi tanzeehi par mahmul hogi
