Chapter on the disbeliever who is under the protection of a Muslim and does not pay Zakat al-Fitr on his behalf.
باب الكافر يكون فيمن يمون فلا يؤدي عنه زكاة الفطر

Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made Zakat-ul-Fitr compulsory on the Muslims in Ramadan, a Sa' of dates or a Sa' of barley, on behalf of every slave or free, male or female.

(٧٦٨٧) حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے رمضان میں لوگوں پر صدقہ فطر فرض قرار دیا ایک صاع کھجور یا ایک صاع جو کا۔ مسلمانوں میں سے ہر غلام وآزاد اور مذکر ومؤنث کی طرف سے۔
7687 Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (RA) farmate hain ke Rasool Allah (SAW) ne Ramzan mein logon par Sadqa Fitr farz karar diya ek saa khajoor ya ek saa jau ka Musalmanon mein se har ghulam o azad aur muzakkar o moannath ki taraf se.
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made obligatory the Sadaqatul-Fitr (charity of breaking the fast), one Sa' of dates or barley, on every Muslim, free or slave, male or female, young or old. And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered that it be paid before the people went out to the (Eid) prayer place.

(٧٦٨٨) ابن عمر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے صدقہ فطر مقرر کیا، کھجور یا جو کا ایک صاع مسلمانوں میں سے ہر آزاد و غلام، مذکر ومونث اور چھوٹے و بڑے کی طرف سے اور نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے عید گاہ کی طرف نکلنے سے پہلے صدقہ فطر کی ادائیگی کا حکم دیا۔
7688 Ibn Umar (RA) farmate hain ke Nabi Kareem (SAW) ne sadqa fitr muqarrar kiya khajoor ya jau ka aik saa musalmanon mein se har azad o ghulam muzakkar o monis aur chhote o bade ki taraf se aur Nabi Kareem (SAW) ne Eid Gah ki taraf nikalne se pehle sadqa fitr ki adaegi ka hukum diya
Narrated by Abdullah bin Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) enjoined the payment of one Sa' of dates or barley as Zakat-ul-Fitr on every Muslim, whether slave or free, male or female, young or old.

(٧٦٨٩) عبداللہ بن عمر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے رمضان میں صدقہ فطرمقرر کیا، مسلمانوں میں سے ہر شخص پر وہ غلام ہو یا آزاد، مرد ہو یا عورت، چھوٹا ہو یا بڑا ایک صاع کھجور یا جو سے۔
(7689) Abdullah bin Umar (RA) farmate hain ke Rasul Allah (SAW) ne Ramzan mein Sadqa Fitr muqarrar kiya, Musalmanon mein se har shakhs par wo ghulam ho ya azad, mard ho ya aurat, chhota ho ya bada ek sa'a khajoor ya jau se.
(7690) Narrated Abdullah bin Umar (RA): The Prophet (SAW) said: The Sadaqat-ul-Fitr is Wajib (obligatory) on every Muslim, slave or free, male or female, young or old, an amount equivalent to one Sa' of dates or barley.

(٧٦٩٠) عبداللہ بن عمر (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : صدقہ فطر مسلمانوں میں سے ہر غلام وآزاد پر فرض ہے ایک صاع کھجور یا جو کا۔
(7690) Abdullah bin Umar (RA) se riwayat hai ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Sadaqah Fitr musalmanon mein se har ghulam o azad par farz hai ek saa kajoor ya jau ka.
Yahya bin Bakir narrated a hadith with the same chain of narrators that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The Sadaqat-ul-Fitr is obligatory upon every Muslim, male or female, slave or free, one Sa' of dates or one Sa' of barley."

(٧٦٩١) یحییٰ بن بکیر نے اسی سند کے ساتھ حدیث بیان کی کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : صدقہ فطر ہر آزاد و غلام مسلمان پر وہ مذکر ہو یا مونث ہو فرض ہے، ایک صاع کھجور یا ایک صاع جو کا۔
(7691) yahya bin bakir ne isi sanad ke sath hadees bayan ki ke rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : sadaqah fitr har azad o ghulam musalman par wo muzakkar ho ya mo'annas ho farz hai, ek sa'a khajoor ya ek sa'a jau ka.
Narrated Abdullah bin Abbas (RA): Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) enjoined the payment of Zakat-ul-Fitr on the one who fasts (every Muslim, young or old, male or female) to purify him or her from any indecent act or speech and for the purpose of providing food for the needy. It is acceptable if one pays Zakat-ul-Fitr before the Eid prayer, and it is considered Sadaqah (charity) if paid after the prayer.

(٧٦٩٢) حضرت عبداللہ بن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے صدقہ فطر روزوں کی لغو و رفث سے طہارت کے لیے فرض کیا اور مساکین کو کھلانے کے لیے ۔ جس نے عید سے پہلے ادا کیا وہ مقبول ہے اور جس نے نماز کے بعد ادا کی یہ اس کا عام صدقہ ہے۔
