Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 8325
Amir bin Rabia' Advi (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that I cannot count how many times I saw you (the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) using Miswak, and you (the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would use Miswak while fasting.

(٨٣٢٥) عامر بن ربیعہ عدوی (رض) بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں شمار نہیں کرسکتا جس قدر میں نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو مسواک کرتے دیکھا ہے اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) روزے کی حالت میں مسواک کیا کرتے تھے۔
8325 Aamir bin Rabia Advi (RA) bayan karte hain ke main shumaar nahin kar sakta jis qadar main ne aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko miswak karte dekha hai aur aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) rozy ki halat mein miswak kiya karte thy.
Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Among the best things for a fasting person to do is to use siwak."

(٨٣٢٦) سیدہ عائشہ (رض) بیان کرتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : روزے دار کے بہترین خصائل میں سے مسواک کرنا ہے۔
(8326) Syeda Ayesha (RA) bayan karti hain ke Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya : rozedaar ke behtarin khasail mein se miswak karna hai.
Ali bin Yamini (RA) narrates that I asked Asim Ahwal, "Will a fasting person use Miswak?" He said, "Yes." I said, "With both, wet or dry Miswak?" He said, "Yes." I said, "At the beginning of the day or at the end?" He said, "Yes." I said, "Who narrated this?" He said, "Anas bin Malik from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)."

(٨٣٢٧) علی بن یمینی (رض) بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں نے عاصم احوال سے پوچھا کہ کیا روزے دار بھی مسواک کرے گا۔ انھوں نے کہا : ہاں تو میں نے کہا : مسواک تر یا خشک دونوں کے ساتھ۔ انھوں نے کہا : ہاں۔ میں نے کہا : دن کے شروع یا آخر میں بھی انھوں نے کہا :ـ ہاں۔ میں نے کہا : کس نے بیان کیا ؟ انھوں نے کہا : انس بن مالک نے نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے۔
Ali bin Yamini (RaziAllahu Anhu) bayan karte hain ke maine Asim Ahwal se poocha ke kya rozedar bhi miswak karega. Unhon ne kaha: Haan to maine kaha: Miswak tar ya khushk dono ke sath. Unhon ne kaha: Haan. Maine kaha: Din ke shuru ya akhir mein bhi unhon ne kaha: Haan. Maine kaha: Kisne bayan kiya? Unhon ne kaha: Anas bin Malik ne Nabi Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se.
(8328) Ibrahim bin Abdur-Rahman (may Allah be pleased with him) said: I asked Asim al-Ahwal about the use of the Miswak for a fasting person, whereupon he said: There is no harm in it. I (Ibrahim) said: (Is it permissible) both when it is fresh and dry? He said: Do you think its moisture is other than water? I said: From whom did you hear (this)? He said: From Anas bin Malik, from the Prophet (ﷺ).

(٨٣٢٨) ابراہیم بن عبدالرحمن (رض) نے کہا میں نے عاصم احول سے روزے دار کی مسواک کے بارے میں پوچھا تو انھوں نے کہا کہ کوئی حرج نہیں تو میں نے کہا : تر اور خشک دونوں کے ساتھ۔ انھوں نے کہا : کیا تم دیکھتے ہو کہ اس کی رطوبت پانی سے ہے۔ میں نے کہا : کس سے تو نے سنا ؟ انھوں نے کہا : انس بن مالک نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے۔
(8328) Ibrahim bin Abdurrahman (rz) ne kaha main ne Asim Ahwal se roze dar ki miswak ke bare mein poocha to unhon ne kaha keh koi harj nahin to main ne kaha: Tar aur khushk donon ke sath. Unhon ne kaha: kya tum dekhte ho keh is ki rutubat pani se hai. Main ne kaha: Kis se tum ne suna? Unhon ne kaha: Anas bin Malik ne Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se.
Ziyad bin Hadid reported: I did not see anyone more regular in using the Miswak than Umar (RA) while fasting. I think he said: With a stick. Abu 'Ubaidah said: That is, with a dry stick.

(٨٣٢٩) زیادبن حدید بیان کرتے ہیں کہ میں نے کسی ایک کو نہیں دیکھا جو مسواک کی زیادہ سے زیادہ مواظبت کرنے والا ہو روزے کی حالت میں عمر (رض) سے ۔ میرا خیال ہے کہ انھوں نے کہا : لکڑی سے۔ ابو عبیدہ نے کہا : یعنی خشک لکڑی سے۔
Ziyad bin Hadid bayan karte hain ki maine kisi aik ko nahi dekha jo miswak ki ziada se ziada muwazibat karne wala ho rozy ki halat mein Umar (RA) se. Mera khayal hai ki unhon ne kaha: lakdi se. Abu Ubaidah ne kaha: yani khushk lakdi se.
(8330) Abdullah bin Nafi', the freed slave of Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from his father, and he from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he used to brush his teeth while fasting.

(٨٣٣٠) عبداللہ بن نافع ابن عمر (رض) کا غلام اپنے باپ سے بیان کرتا ہے اور وہ ابن عمر (رض) سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ وہ مسواک کیا کرتے تھے روزے کی حالت میں۔
(8330) Abdullah bin Nafi ibn Umar (RA) ka ghulam apne baap se bayan karta hai aur wo ibn Umar (RA) se bayan karte hain ki wo miswak kiya karte the rozy ki halat mein.
