باب دخول الحمام في الإحرام وحك الرأس والجسد
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9136
Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: He (the Prophet) entered the bath while he was in the state of Ihram, in Jahafah, and said: "Allah does not care about the dirt on us."

(٩١٣٦) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ حمام میں داخل ہوئے جب کہ وہ محرم تھے، جحفہ میں اور فرمایا : اللہ ہماری میل کی کچھ بھی پروا نہیں کرتا۔
(9136) Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain ki woh hammam mein dakhil hue jab ki woh mehram thay, jahfa mein aur farmaya: Allah hamari mail ki kuchh bhi parwah nahin karta.
Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "The Muhrim (a person who is in the state of Ihram) is allowed to smell perfume, enter the bath, extract a tooth, get his wound treated, and if his nail breaks, he can remove what is harming him with it."

(٩١٣٧) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ محرم خوشبو سونگھ سکتا ہے، حمام میں داخل ہوسکتا ہے ، داڑھ نکلوا سکتا ہے اور زخم کو صحیح کرسکتا ہے اور جب اس کا ناخن ٹوٹ جائے تو وہ اس سے تکلیف دہ چیز کو دور کرسکتا ہے۔
Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain keh muharram khushbu sungh sakta hai, hammam mein dakhil ho sakta hai, daadh nikalwa sakta hai aur zakhm ko sahih kar sakta hai aur jab uska nakhun toot jaye to woh us se takleef deh cheez ko door kar sakta hai.
(9138) Zubair bin Al-Awwam (may Allah be pleased with him) ordered regarding the dirt on his back and it was looked for while he was in the state of Ihram.

(٩١٣٨) زبیر بن عوام (رض) نے اپنی پیٹھ میں موجود میل کے بارے میں حکم دیا، اس کو ملا گیا جب کہ وہ محرم تھے۔
(9138) Zubair bin Awaam (RA) ne apni peeth mein mojood mail ke baare mein hukm diya, us ko milaya gaya jab keh woh muhrim thay.
Abu Mujaliz said: I saw Ibn Umar, while he was in the state of Ihram, scratching his head. I observed that he was scratching with the sides of his fingertips.

(٩١٤٠) ابو مجلز فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے ابن عمر (رض) کو حالت احرام میں اپنا سر کھجلتے دیکھا ، غور کیا تو وہ اپنی انگلیوں کے پوروں کے اطراف کے سے کھرچ رہے تھے۔
(9140) Abu Mijlaz farmate hain keh maine Ibn Umar (RA) ko halat ehram mein apna sar khujalte dekha, gौर kiya to woh apni ungliyon ke poron ke اطراف ke se khuj rahe the.
Aisha (RA) was asked: Can a mahram scratch an itch on their body? She said: Yes! He can scratch it well. And she said: If my hands were tied and I had nothing to scratch with but my feet, I would scratch with my feet.

(٩١٤١) سیدہ عائشہ (رض) سے پوچھا گیا : کیا محرم اپنے جسم پر خارش کرسکتا ہے ؟ تو انھوں نے کہا : ہاں ! خوب خارش کرے اور فرماتی ہیں کہ اگر میرے ہاتھ بندھ جائیں اور پاؤں کے علاوہ اور کچھ خارش کرنے کو نہ ہو تو میں پاؤں سے بھی کروں گی۔
(9141) syeda ayesha (rz) se poocha gaya : kya mehram apne jism par kharish karsakta hai ? to unhon ne kaha : han ! khoob kharish kare aur farmati hain ke agar mere hath bandh jayen aur paon ke ilawa aur kuchh kharish karne ko na ho to main paon se bhi karun gi.
