Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that walking fast was started by the Bedouins. They used to stand around people, carrying their staffs. When they returned, they would walk fast and rush people. I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) with his camel's neck leaning to one side as he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "O people! Adhere to calmness."

(٩٥٣٠) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ تیز چلنا بدویوں نے شروع کیا ، وہ لوگوں کے اطراف میں کھڑے ہوتے ، انھوں نے لاٹھیاں لٹکا رکھی ہوتیں ۔ جب وہ لوٹتے تو تیزی کرتے اور لوگوں کو جلدی میں ڈالتے اور میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو دیکھا ہے کہ آپ کی اونٹنی کی گردن کجاوے کے ساتھ لگ رہی ہوتی اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) فرماتے : اے لوگو ! تم سکون کو لازم پکڑو۔
(9530) Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain keh tez chalna badwiyon ne shuru kiya, woh logon ke ird gird kharay hotay, unhon ne lathiyan latka rakhi hoti. Jab woh loutay to tezi karte aur logon ko jaldi mein daltay aur maine Rasul Allah (SAW) ko dekha hai keh aap ki untni ki gardan kajaway ke sath lag rahi hoti aur aap (SAW) farmate: aye log! tum sukoon ko lazim pakro.
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) returned from Arafat and reached Jam', he made Fadl bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) ride behind him and said, "O people! Goodness does not lie in racing camels and horses. Therefore, adhere to calmness. I have not seen this mount (referring to his she-camel) lift her forelegs in such a manner until you (O people) reached Mina."

(٩٥٣١) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) عرفہ سے لوٹے جمع پہنچتے ۔ پھر فضل بن عباس (رض) کو ردیف بنایا اور فرمایا : اے لوگو ! نیکی اونٹوں اور گھوڑوں کو دوڑانے میں نہیں ہے۔ لہٰذا تم سکون کو لازم پکڑو۔
میں نے اس سواری کو اپنے اگلے پاؤں اٹھاتے ہوئے نہیں دیکھا حتیٰ کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) منیٰ آگئے۔
9531 Ibn Abbas farmate hain keh Nabi urf se lote jama pahuchte phir fazal bin abbas ko radif banaya aur farmaya aye logo neki ooton aur ghoron ko dorane mein nahi hai lihaza tum sukoon ko lazim pakro mein ne is sawari ko apne agle paon uthate huye nahi dekha hatta keh aap mini aagaye
(9532) Usama bin Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that he returned with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) from Arafat, and his riding beast did not lift its feet much until he reached Muzdalifah. And Fadl bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) informed me that he was in the row of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) from Muzdalifah. His riding beast did not lift its feet much until it pelted pebbles at Jamarat.
In the narration of Ufan, it is stated that Usama bin Zaid narrated the hadith that he was in the row of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) on the night of Arafat. When you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) returned... And in another hadith, it is stated that Fadl bin Abbas narrated the hadith to them. [Sahih]
Thawus al-Yamani narrated a similar hadith from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and he forbade racing the riding beasts.
And it is reported from Ata that he fabricated it.
We have narrated the racing of riding beasts in Wadi Muhassir from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), then it has also been narrated from a large number of Companions.
The correct opinion regarding this is what has been proven, except for the statement of the one who has denied it. And Allah is the Grantor of success.

(٩٥٣٢) اسامہ بن زید (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ عرفہ سے لوٹے ، آپ کی سواری نے اپنے پاؤں زیادہ نہیں اٹھائے حتیٰ کہ مزدلفہ پہنچے اور مجھے فضل بن عباس (رض) نے بتایا کہ وہ مزدلفہ سی نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا ردیف تھے ۔ آپ کی سواری نے پاؤں زیادہ نہیں اٹھائے حتیٰ کہ جمرہ کو کنکریاں ماریں۔
عفان کی روایت میں ہے کہ اسامہ بن زید نے حدیث بیان کی کہ وہ عرفہ کی رات رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ردیف تھے۔ جب آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) لوٹے۔۔۔ اور دوسری حدیث میں فرماتے ہیں کہ فضل بن عباس نے انھیں حدیث بیان کی۔ [صحیح ]
طاؤس یمانی نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے اسی طرح کی حدیث روایت کی ہے اور وہ سواری کو بھگانے کی نفی کرتے تھے۔
اور عطاء سے منقول ہے کہ یہ انھوں نے ایجاد کی ہے۔
ہم نے وادیٔ محسر میں سواری بھگانا رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے روایت کیا ہے، پھر صحابہ کی ایک کثیر تعداد سے بھی منقول ہے۔
اس بارے میں صحیح قول اس کا ہے، جس نے ثابت کیا ہے، ما سوائے اس کے قول کے جس نے اس کی نفی کی ہے۔ وباللہ التوفیق

Aap ki sawari ne paon zyada nahi uthaye hatta ki Jamrah ko kankariyan mari.
Ufan ki riwayat mein hai ki Usama bin Zaid ne hadees bayan ki ki woh Arafah ki raat Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke radif the. Jab Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) laute... aur dusri hadees mein farmate hain ki Fazal bin Abbas ne unhen hadees bayan ki. [Sahih]
Taus Yamani ne Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se isi tarah ki hadees riwayat ki hai aur woh sawari ko bhagane ki nafi karte the.
Aur Ata se manqol hai ki yeh unhon ne ijada ki hai.
Hum ne Wadi e Muhassir mein sawari bhagana Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se riwayat kiya hai, phir sahaba ki ek kaseer tadad se bhi manqol hai.
Is bare mein sahih qaul iska hai, jisne sabit kiya hai, siwae iske qaul ke jisne iski nafi ki hai. Wabillahit taufeeq.
