باب الدليل على أن النزول بالمحصب ليس بنسك يجب بتركه شيء

Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9738

(9738) Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said that Muhassib is nothing, it is just a place to dismount where the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) dismounted.

(٩٧٣٨) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ محصب کچھ بھی نہیں ہے ، یہ تو صرف اترنے کی جگہ ہے جہاں رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اترے تھے۔

(9738) Ibn Abbas (RA) farmate hain keh mahsib kuch bhi nahin hai, yeh to sirf utarne ki jagah hai jahan Rasul Allah (SAW) utre thay.

٩٧٣٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ، إِمْلَاءً، أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْبَصْرِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ،عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:لَيْسَ الْمُحَصَّبُ بِشَيْءٍ إِنَّمَا هُوَ مَنْزِلٌ نَزَلَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْمَدِينِيِّ، وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ وَغَيْرِهِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ

Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9739

Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said that it was only a stopping place where the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would dismount so that it would be easy for him to leave, meaning in Abtah. Some narrators have added more words to this, but this is not part of the Sunnah.

(٩٧٣٩) سیدہ عائشہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ وہ صرف ایک منزل تھی جہاں رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اترتے تاکہ نکلنے میں آسانی ہو یعنی ابطح میں۔ بعض راویوں نے یہ الفاظ زیادہ کیے ہیں کہ یہ سنت نہیں ہے۔

(9739) Syeda Ayesha (RA) farmati hain keh woh sirf aik manzil thi jahan Rasul Allah (SAW) u tarte taake nikalne mein asani ho yani Abtah mein. Baaz raviyon ne yeh alfaaz ziada kiye hain keh yeh sunnat nahi hai.

٩٧٣٩ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ، أنبأ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ اللَّخْمِيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا،قَالَتْ:إِنَّمَا كَانَ مَنْزِلًا نَزَلَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِيَكُونَ أَسْمَحَ لِخُرُوجِهِ تَعْنِي الْأَبْطَحَ، رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ أَبِي نُعَيْمٍ، وَأَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ مِنْ أَوْجُهٍ عَنْ هِشَامٍ، وَزَادَ بَعْضُهُمْ عَنْ هِشَامٍ وَلَيْسَ بِسُنَّةٍ

Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9740

Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) only alighted at Muhassib because it was easier to depart from there. It is not a Sunnah. So, whoever wishes may alight there, and whoever wishes may not.

(٩٧٤٠) سیدہ عائشہ (رض) فرماتی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) تو محصب میں صرف اس لیے اترے تھے تاکہ وہاں سے نکلنا آسان ہو، یہ سنت نہیں ہے، تو جو چاہے وہاں اترے اور جو چاہے نہ اترے۔

(9740) Syeda Ayesha (Razi Allah Anha) farmati hain keh Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) to Muhasib mein sirf is liye utre thay taake wahan se nikalna asan ho, yeh sunnat nahin hai, to jo chahe wahan utre aur jo chahe na utre.

٩٧٤٠ - أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا إِنَّمَا نَزَلَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمُحَصَّبَ لِيَكُونَ أَسْمَحَ لِخُرُوجِهِ وَلَيْسَ بِسُنَّةٍ فَمَنْ شَاءَ نَزَلَهُ وَمَنْ شَاءَ لَمْ يَنْزِلْهُ

Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9741

Abu Rafi' (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) did not order his companions to dismount at Abtah. Rather, I pitched the tent there, so he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came and stayed there.

(٩٧٤١) ابورافع (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ مجھے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے ساتھیوں کو ابطح میں اترنے کا حکم نہیں دیا ، بلکہ میں نے ہی وہاں خیمہ لگایا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) وہاں آئے اور پڑاؤ کیا۔

(9741) Abu Rafi (RA) farmate hain ki mujhe Rasul Allah (SAW) ne apne saathiyon ko Abtah mein utarne ka hukum nahin diya, balki maine hi wahan khaima lagaya to aap (SAW) wahan aaye aur padav kiya.

٩٧٤١ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ، بِبَغْدَادَ، أنبأ أَبُو عَلِيٍّ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّوَّافُ، ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ مُوسَى، ثنا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، ثنا صَالِحُ بْنُ كَيْسَانَ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ،قَالَ:لَمْ يَأْمُرْنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ أَنْزِلَ بِمَنْ مَعِي بِالْأَبْطَحِ وَلَكِنْ أَنَا ضَرَبْتُ قُبَّةً ثُمَّ جَاءَ فَنَزَلَ قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: كَانَ عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ يُحَدِّثُ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ فَلَمَّا قَدِمَ عَلَيْنَا صَالِحٌ،قَالَ عَمْرٌو:اذْهَبُوا إِلَيْهِ فَسَلُوهُ، عَنْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ قُتَيْبَةَ وَأَبِي بَكْرٍ وَزُهَيْرٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ
