باب الرجل يصيب من الحائض ما دون الجماع
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 1501
(1501) It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that when a Jewish woman would menstruate, they would expel her from the house, neither eating nor drinking with her, nor living with her in the house. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was asked about (menstruating women), so Allah revealed {And they ask you about menstruation. Say, "It is harm, so keep away from wives during menstruation.”} [Al-Baqarah: 222] until the end. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was told: "Stay with them in the houses and do everything except for sexual intercourse." The Jews said: "This man does not leave any of our matters, he opposes us in it." Sayyidina Usaid bin Hudair and Abbad bin Bishr (may Allah be pleased with them) came to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and said: "O Messenger of Allah! The Jews say such and such things, should we not have intercourse with them during the days of menstruation?" The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)'s face changed, to the point that we thought that you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) were angry with them. The two of them left, then they sent a gift of milk to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), and you sent someone after them and made them drink the milk. Then we were certain that you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) were not angry with them.
(B) In the narration of Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi, it is stated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered that they eat and drink with them, and stay in the houses with them, and do whatever they wish except for sexual intercourse. The rest of the hadith is similar in meaning.

(١٥٠١) سیدنا انس بن مالک (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ یہودیوں کی عورت جب حائضہ ہوتی تو اس کو گھر سے نکال دیتے ، نہ اس کے ساتھ مل کر کھاتے اور نہ پیتے تھے اور نہ گھر میں اس کے ساتھ رہتے تھے۔ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے اس (حائضہ) کے متعلق سوال کیا گیا تو اللہ نے { وَیَسْأَلُونَکَ عَنِ الْمَحِیضِ قُلْ ہُوَ أَذًی فَاعْتَزِلُوا النِّسَائَ فِی الْمَحِیضِ } [البقرۃ : ٢٢٢] آخر تک نازل کی۔ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا طغری نے فرمایا : ” ان کے ساتھ گھروں میں رہو اور جماع کے علاوہ ہر کام کرو۔ یہود نے کہا : یہ شخص ہمارے کسی معاملے کو نہیں چھوڑتا ، اس میں ہماری مخالفت کرتا ہے۔ سیدنا اسید بن حضیر اور عباد بن بشر (رض) نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس آئے، انھوں نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول اللہ ! یہود ایسی ایسی باتیں کرتے ہیں، کیا حیض کے دنوں میں ہم ان سے جماع نہ کرلیں ؟ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا چہرہ متغیر ہوگیا، یہاں تک ہم نے گمان کیا کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان دونوں پر غصہ کیا ہے، وہ دونوں نکل گئی پھر انھوں نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی طرف دودھ کا ہدیہ بھیجا، آپ نے ان کے پیچھے کسی کو بھیجا اور انھیں دودھ پلایاتب ہمیں یقین ہوا کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ان پر ناراض نہیں ہیں۔
(ب) أبی داؤدطیالسی کی حدیث میں ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے حکم دیا کہ وہ ان کے ساتھ کھائیں اور پئیں اور گھروں میں رہیں اور جماع کے علاوہ جو مرضی کریں ، باقی حدیث اسی کے ہم معنی بیان کی ہے۔
(1501) Sayyidina Anas bin Malik (RA) se riwayat hai ki yahudiyon ki aurat jab haizah hoti to usko ghar se nikal dete, na uske sath mil kar khate aur na pite the aur na ghar mein uske sath rahte the. Rasul Allah (SAW) se is (haizah) ke mutalliq sawal kiya gaya to Allah ne { وَیَسْأَلُونَکَ عَنِ الْمَحِیضِ قُلْ ہُوَ أَذًی فَاعْتَزِلُوا النِّسَائَ فِی الْمَحِیضِ } [al-Baqarah : 222] akhir tak nazil ki. Rasul Allah (SAW) ka Taghri ne farmaya : " Unke sath gharon mein raho aur jima ke alawa har kaam karo. Yahud ne kaha : Yeh shakhs hamare kisi mamle ko nahin chhorta, ismein hamari mukhalifat karta hai. Sayyidina Usayd bin Hudayr aur Ubadah bin Bashar (RA) Nabi (SAW) ke pass aaye, unhon ne kaha : Aye Allah ke Rasul Allah ! Yahud aisi aisi baaten karte hain, kya haiz ke dinon mein hum unse jima na karlen ? Rasul Allah (SAW) ka chehra mutagaiyyer hogaya, yahan tak humne guman kiya ki aap (SAW) ne un donon par ghussa kiya hai, woh donon nikal gaye phir unhon ne Nabi (SAW) ki taraf doodh ka hadiya bheja, aap ne unke peechhe kisi ko bheja aur unhen doodh pilayato hum yakin hua ki aap (SAW) un par naraz nahin hain.
(b) Abu Dawood Tayalisi ki hadees mein hai ki Rasul Allah (SAW) ne hukm diya ki woh unke sath khayen aur piyen aur gharon mein rahen aur jima ke alawa jo marzi karen, baqi hadees usi ke ham mani bayan ki hai.
Narrated Sayyidah Maimunah (RA): The Prophet (PBUH) used to have intimacy with his wives while they were menstruating, and they used to wear an izar (waist wrapper) that reached half the thigh or calves, and they used to wrap themselves with it.

(١٥٠٢) سیدہ میمونہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اپنی بیویوں سے مباشرت کرتے تھے اور وہ حائضہ ہوتی تھی ، ان پر ازار ہوتا تھا جو نصف ران یا گھنٹوں تک ہوتا تھا وہ اس سے لپٹی ہوتی تھیں۔
Seda Maimoona (RA) se riwayat hai ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) apni biwiyon se mubashrat karte thay aur wo haiza hoti thi, un par izaar hota tha jo nisf ran ya ghutnon tak hota tha wo us se lipti hoti thin.
Narrated Zuhri: Habib, the slave of 'Urwa bin Az-Zubair, informed me that Sayyida Maimuna (ra) sent her slave girl, Nadba, with a letter to Sayyidina Abdullah bin Abbas (ra). She reached him while he was sleeping separately from his wife. She returned to Sayyida Maimuna (ra) and delivered his letter, then told her the whole story. Sayyida Maimuna (ra) said, "Go to his wife and ask her about it." She went to his wife and asked her, and she said, "When I am menstruating, Abdullah bin Abbas (ra) sleeps separately from me." Maimuna (ra) sent a message to Abdullah bin Abbas (ra) and got angry with him, saying, "Do you abandon the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)? By Allah! Verily, the wife of the Prophet (ﷺ) would tie a waist wrapper around herself, which would reach halfway down her thighs, and then he (ﷺ) would be intimate with her (on the rest of her body)."

(١٥٠٣) زہری سے روایت ہے کہ مجھ کو حبیب نے جو عروہ بن زبیر کا غلام تھا خبر دی کہ سیدہ میمونہ (رض) نے اپنی لونڈی ندبہ کو سیدنا عبداللہ بن عباس (رض) کی طرف ایک خط دے کر بھیجا، وہ ان کے پاس پہنچی، ان کا بستر بیوی سے الگ تھا، وہ سیدہ میمونہ (رض) کی طرف واپس لوٹی، اس نے ان کا خط پہنچا دیا، پھر انھیں ساراقصہ بیان کیا، اس سے سیدہ میمونہ (رض) نے کہا : اس کی بیوی کے پاس جاؤ اور اس معاملے کے متعلق اس سے سوال کرو، وہ اس کی طرف لوٹی اس نے اس سے سوال کیا تو اس نے بتلایا جب وہ حائضہ ہوتی ہے تو عبداللہ بن عباس (رض) ان سے بسترالگ کرلیتے ہیں، میمونہ (رض) نے عبداللہ بن عباس (رض) کی طرف پیغام بھیجا اور وہ ان پر غصے ہوئیں اور کہا : کیا تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی سنت سے اعراض کرتا ہے، اللہ کی قسم ! بیشک نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی بیوی کپڑے سے لنگوٹ باندھتی جو نصف رانوں تک ہوتی تھی پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) (اس کے علاوہ باقی) سارے جسم سے مباشرت کرتے۔
1503 Zehri se riwayat hai keh mujhe Habib ne jo Urwah bin Zabeer ka ghulam tha khabar di keh Sayyidah Maimoonah (RA) ne apni laundi Nadbah ko Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (RA) ki taraf aik khat de kar bheja, woh un ke pass pahunchi, un ka bistar biwi se alag tha, woh Sayyidah Maimoonah (RA) ki taraf wapas lauti, us ne un ka khat pahuncha diya, phir unhen sara qissa bayan kiya, is se Sayyidah Maimoonah (RA) ne kaha : is ki biwi ke pass jao aur is mamle ke mutalliq is se sawal karo, woh is ki taraf lauti us ne is se sawal kiya to us ne batlaya jab woh haizah hoti hai to Abdullah bin Abbas (RA) un se bistar alag kar lete hain, Maimoonah (RA) ne Abdullah bin Abbas (RA) ki taraf paigham bheja aur woh un par gusse huin aur kaha : kya tu Rasul Allah (SAW) ki sunnat se iraz karta hai, Allah ki qasam ! beshak Nabi (SAW) ki biwi kapre se langoot bandhti jo nisf raanon tak hoti thi phir aap (SAW) (is ke alawa baqi) sare jism se mubashrat karte.
(1504) Khalas Hajri said: I heard from Sayyida Aisha (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and I used to spend the night under one sheet, and I used to menstruate a lot. If any of it (menstrual blood) got on you (PBUH), you (PBUH) would wash that place and wouldn't go beyond it, and you (PBUH) would pray in that (same garment).

(١٥٠٤) خلاس ہجری کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سیدہ عائشہ (رض) سے سناکہ میں اور رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ایک چادر میں رات گزارتے تھے، اور میں بہت زیادہ حائضہ ہوتی تھی، اگر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو مجھ سے کوئی چیز لگ جاتی تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اس جگہ کو دھو لیتے، اس سے آگے تجاوز نہیں کرتے تھے اور اس (کپڑے ہی) میں نماز پڑھتے تھے۔
1504 Khalas Hijri kehte hain ke maine Sayyida Ayesha (RA) se suna ke main aur Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) aik chadar mein raat guzarte thay, aur main bohat zyada haizah hoti thi, agar aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko mujh se koi cheez lag jati to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) us jagah ko dho lete, is se aage tajawuz nahin karte thay aur is (kapre hi) mein namaz parhte thay.
Amra bint Rabi's aunt said to Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), "When one of us was menstruating, she and her husband would share the same bed." She (Aisha) replied, "I will tell you what the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would do. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would enter (the house) and then go towards the mosque." Abu Dawud (may Allah have mercy on him) said, "Meaning the mosque of his house. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would not return until my eyes were overcome (by sleep), and he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) felt cold. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, 'Come closer to me!' I said, 'I am menstruating.' He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, 'Cover your thighs.' So I covered my thighs, and he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) placed his cheek and chest on my thigh and leaned on me until he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) became warm and fell asleep."

(١٥٠٥) عمارہ بن غراب کی پھوپھی نے سیدہ عائشہ (رض) سے عرض کیا : جب ہم میں سے کوئی حیض والی ہوتی تھی تو اس کا اور اس کے خاوندکا ایک ہی بستر ہوتا تھا۔ انھوں نے فرمایا : میں تجھے بتاتی ہوں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کیا کرتے تھے ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) داخل ہوئے، پھر مسجد کی طرف چلے گئے۔ امام ابو داؤد (رح) کہتے ہیں۔ یعنی اپنے گھر کی مسجد میں، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) پھرے نہیں، یہاں تک کہ میرے آنکھیں غالب آگئیں (یعنی مجھے نیند آگئی) اور آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو سردی محسوس ہوئی تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” میرے قریب ہو جاؤ ! میں نے کہا : میں حائضہ ہوں۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ” اپنی رانوں کو ڈھانپ لو، میں نے اپنی رانوں کو ڈھانپ لیا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنا رخسار اور سینہ میرے ران پر رکھا اور میں آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) پر جھکی، یہاں تک کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے گرمی حاصل کی اور سو گئے۔ “
1505 Umara bin Ghurrab ki phoophi ne Sayyidah Ayesha (Razi Allah Anha) se arz kiya : Jab hum mein se koi haiz wali hoti thi to uska aur uske khaawand ka ek hi bistar hota tha. Unhon ne farmaya : mein tujhe batati hun ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) kya karte thay ? Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) dakhil huye, phir masjid ki taraf chale gaye. Imam Abu Dawood (Rah) kehte hain. Yaani apne ghar ki masjid mein, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) phire nahin, yahan tak ke mere aankhen ghalib aa gain (yani mujhe neend aa gai) aur aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko sardi mehsoos hui to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : " Mere qareeb ho jao ! Maine kaha : mein haiza hun. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : " Apni raanon ko dhaanp lo, maine apni raanon ko dhaanp liya, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne apna rukhsaar aur seena mere ran par rakha aur mein aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) par jhuki, yahan tak ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne garmi hasil ki aur so gaye. ".
Sayyidina 'Ikrimah narrates from one of the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) intended to be intimate with one of his wives who was menstruating, he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would order her to wear a cloth over her private parts, and then he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would do as he wished. Abu Bakr said: All the wives of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) are trustworthy.

(١٥٠٦) سیدنا عکرمہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی کسی بیوی سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) جب حا ئضہ سے کسی چیز کا ارادہ کرتے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اس کو اپنی شرمگاہ پر کپڑا ڈالنے کا حکم دیتے، پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کرتے جو آپ چاہتے۔ ابوبکر کہتے ہیں : نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی تمام بیویاں ثقہ ہیں۔
Saydna Akrma Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki kisi biwi se naql farmate hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) jab haizah se kisi cheez ka irada karte to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) usko apni sharamgah par kapda dalne ka hukm dete, phir aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) karte jo aap chahte. Abu Bakr kahte hain: Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki tamam biwiyan thiqa hain.
(1507) (a) It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidah 'Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to lie with her in one sheet and be intimate, and he had more control over his desire than you. (b) Shu'bah narrates that this was after wearing a loincloth.

(١٥٠٧) (الف) سیدہ عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ان کے ساتھ ایک چادر میں لیٹ کر مباشرت کرتے تھے، اور وہ تمہاری نسبت اپنے نفس کے زیادہ مالک تھے۔ (ب) شعبہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ یہ لنگوٹ باندھنے کے بعد تھا۔
(1507) (alif) sayyidah aaishah (rz) se riwayat hai ki rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) un ke sath ek chadar mein lait kar mubashrat karte the, aur wo tumhari nisbat apne nafs ke ziadah malik the. (b) shobah bayan karte hain ki yeh langoot bandhne ke bad tha.
(1508) (a) It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that "I used to wear a loincloth and I used to menstruate, and I would enter the same sheet with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)." (b) All the hadiths that have been mentioned in this chapter are Sahih (authentic) and Sarih (explicit). And Allah knows best.

(١٥٠٨) (الف) سیدہ عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ میں لنگوٹ باندھتی تھی اور میں حائضہ ہوتی تھی ، میں ایک لحاف میں رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ داخل ہوتی تھی۔ (ب) اس باب میں جتنی احادیث گزری ہیں وہ سب صحیح اور صریح ہیں۔ واللہ اعلم۔
(1508) (alif) Sayyidah Ayesha (raz) se riwayat hai ke mein langoot bandhti thi aur mein haizah hoti thi, mein ek lihaf mein Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath dakhil hoti thi. (be) Is bab mein jitni ahadith guzri hain woh sab sahih aur sareh hain. Wallahu a'lam.
(1509) Hakim bin Aqeel narrates that I asked Sayyida Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): What is forbidden to me from my wife when I am fasting? She said: Her private parts. I said: What is forbidden to me from my wife when she is menstruating? She said: Her private parts.

(١٥٠٩) حکیم بن عقال کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سیدہ عائشہ (رض) سے سوال کیا : مجھ پر میری عورت سے کیا حرام ہیجب میں روزہ دار ہوں ؟ انھوں نے کہا : اس کی شرمگاہ ۔ میں نے کہا : مجھ پر میری بیوی سے کیا حرام ہے جب وہ حائضہ ہو ؟ انھوں نے کہا : اس کی شرمگاہ۔
1509 Hakeem bin Akal kahte hain ki maine Sayyida Ayesha (RA) se sawal kiya mujh par meri aurat se kya haram hai jab main rozedar hun unhon ne kaha us ki sharamgah maine kaha mujh par meri biwi se kya haram hai jab wo haiza ho unhon ne kaha us ki sharamgah
