Chapter on Congregation in a Mosque Where Prayer Has Already Been Held if It Does Not Cause Division
باب الجماعة في مسجد قد صلي فيه إذا لم يكن فيها تفرق الكلمة
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 5012
Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that a man entered the Masjid after the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had prayed. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Will anyone give charity by praying with him?"

(٥٠١٢) ابو سعید خدری (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص مسجد میں داخل ہوا اور رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے نماز پڑھا دی تھی۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کیا کوئی شخص اس پر صدقہ کرے گا کہ وہ اس کے ساتھ نماز پڑھ لے۔
(5012) Abu Saeed Khudri (RA) farmate hain ki aik shakhs masjid mein dakhil hua aur Rasool Allah (SAW) ne namaz parha di thi. Aap (SAW) ne farmaya: kya koi shakhs is per sadqah kare ga ki woh is ke sath namaz parh le.
Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that a man came after the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had prayed. He (the Prophet) said, “Who will give charity on him?" A man prayed with him (i.e., offered the missed prayer).

(٥٠١٣) ابو سعید خدری (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص آیا اور نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے نماز پڑھ لی تھی تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کون صدقہ کرے گا اس پر تو ایک شخص نے اس کے ساتھ پڑھ لی۔
(5013) Abu Saeed Khudri (RA) farmate hain keh ek shakhs aaya aur Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne namaz parh li thi toh aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : kaun sadaqah karega iss par toh ek shakhs ne iss ke sath parh li.
(5014) Regarding this Hadith, Hasan says that it was Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) who prayed with him, even though he had already prayed with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).

(٥٠١٤) حضرت حسن اس حدیث کے بارے میں فرماتے ہیں کہ وہ ابوبکر (رض) تھے جنہوں نے اس کے ساتھ نماز پڑھی حالانکہ انھوں نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ نماز پڑھ لی تھی۔
(5014) hazrat hasan is hadees ke bare mein farmate hain ke woh abubakar (rz) the jinhon ne is ke sath namaz parha halanke unhon ne nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath namaz parh li thi.
Abu 'Uthman Al-Yashkuri reported: We offered the morning prayer in the mosque of Banu Rafi', and we sat down (after the prayer). Anas b. Malik (Allah be pleased with him) came along with twenty young men and said: Have you observed prayer? We said: Yes. Anas (Allah be pleased with him) commanded a young man (amongst them) to pronounce the call to prayer (for the next prayer). He pronounced the call (for the prayer) and then pronounced iqama, and he (Anas) led them in prayer.

(٥٠١٥) ابو عثمان یشکری فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم نے مسجد بنو رفاعۃ میں صبح کی نماز پڑھی اور ہم بیٹھ گئے، انس بن مالک (رض) بیس نوجوانوں کے ہمراہ آئے اور فرمایا : کیا تم نے نماز پڑھ لی ؟ ہم نے کہا : جی ہاں تو انس (رض) نے کسی نوجوان کو اذان کا حکم دیا ، اس نے اذان اور اقامت کہی، پھر وہ آگے بڑھے اور ان کو نماز پڑھائی۔
(5015) Abu Usman Yashkari farmate hain ki hum ne Masjid Banu Rafa'ah mein subah ki namaz parhi aur hum baith gaye, Anas bin Malik (RA) bees naujawanon ke humrah aaye aur farmaya : kya tum ne namaz parh li ? hum ne kaha : ji haan to Anas (RA) ne kisi naujawan ko azan ka hukm diya, us ne azan aur iqamat kahi, phir wo aage barhe aur un ko namaz parhayi.
Abu 'Uthman said: "Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) came to us and we had already prayed. He gave the call to prayer (adhan) and then the call to start the prayer (iqamah) and led his companions in prayer."

(٥٠١٦) ابو عثمان فرماتے ہیں کہ ہمارے پاس انس (رض) آئے اور ہم نے نماز پڑھ لی تھی۔ انھوں نے اذان اور اقامت کہی اور اپنے ساتھیوں کو نماز پڑھائی۔
(5016) Abu Usman farmate hain ki hamare pas Anas (RA) aaye aur hum ne namaz parh li thi. Unhon ne azan aur iqamat kahi aur apne sathiyon ko namaz parhai.
