Amr Sha'bi reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever finds an animal that its owners had given up on due to illness and left behind, then someone takes it and cures it, then it belongs to him (the one who cured it).” Ubaydullah said, “From whom is this hadith narrated?” Aban said, “From a number of the noble Companions, may Allah be pleased with them.”

(١٢١١٣) عامرشعبی نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جو کسی ایسے جانور کو پائے کہ اس کے اہل اس سے بیماری کی وجہ سے عاجز آچکے تھے اور انھوں نے اسے چھوڑ دیا ، پھر کسی نے اسے پکڑ لیا اور اسے زندہ (تندرست) کیا تو وہ اسی (علاج کرنے والے) کا ہے۔ عبیداللہ نے کہا : یہ حدیث کس سی منقول ہے ؟ ابان نے کہا : کئی صحابہ کرام (رض) سی منقول ہے۔
Amr Shabi ne bayan kya keh Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jo kisi aise janwar ko paaye keh uske ahl usse bimari ki wajah se aajiz aachuke thay aur unhon ne use chhor diya, phir kisi ne use pakad liya aur use zinda (tandurust) kiya to woh usi (ilaaj karne wala) ka hai. Ubaidullah ne kaha: Yeh hadees kis se manqool hai? Aban ne kaha: Kai Sahaba Kiram (Razi Allahu Anhum) se manqool hai.
Shabi narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: "Whoever abandons an animal to die, then someone else brings it back to life, it belongs to the one who revived it."

(١٢١١٤) شعبی نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے مرفوعاً نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جو جانور کو ہلاکت میں چھوڑ دے، پھر کوئی آدمی اسے زندہ کرے تو وہ اسی کی ہے جو اسے زندہ کرے۔
Shuaibi Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se marfooan naql farmate hain ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jo janwar ko halakat mein chhor de, phir koi aadmi usey zinda kare to wo usi ki hai jo usey zinda kare.
Ubaidullah ibn Hamid said: "I heard Sha'bi say: 'Whoever abandons his animal due to illness, it belongs to the one who treats it and cures it.'" Ubaidullah said: "I said: 'O Abu Amr! From whom is this narrated?' He said: 'If you asked, I would have counted myself among the Companions of the Messenger.'"

(١٢١١٥) عبیداللہ بن حمید فرماتے ہیں : میں نے شعبی سے سنا وہ کہتے تھے : جس نے بیماری کی وجہ سے اپنے جانور کو چھوڑ دیا وہ اسی کا ہے جس نے اس کا علاج کر کے اسے تندرست کیا۔ عبیداللہ کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے کہا : اے ابوعمرو ! یہ کس سے منقول ہے ؟ انھوں نے کہا : اگر تو کہے تو میں اصحاب رسول میں سے شمار کردیتا ہوں۔
12115 Obaidullah bin Hamid farmate hain : main ne Shabi se suna wo kahte the : jis ne bimari ki wajah se apne janwar ko chhor diya wo usi ka hai jis ne us ka ilaaj kar ke use tandarust kiya. Obaidullah kahte hain ki main ne kaha : aye Abuamr ! yeh kis se manqol hai ? unhon ne kaha : agar tu kahe to main ashaab rasool mein se shumaar karta hun.
It is narrated from Shabi, regarding a man who abandons his animal due to sickness, then another man catches it and cures it. Shabi said: "The ruling in this is that if he treated it with grass and water, then the original owner has more right to it. And if he treated it with cautery and branding, then the one who caught it has more right to it."

(١٢١١٦) شعبی سے اس آدمی کے بارے میں منقول ہے جو اپنے جانور کو بیماری کی وجہ سے چھوڑ دے، پھر اسے کوئی آدمی پکڑ لے اور اس کو درست کردے شعبی نے کہا : اس میں فیصلہ یہ ہے اگر وہ اس کا علاج، گھاس پانی سے کرے تو اس کا اصل مالک اس کا زیادہ حق دار ہے اور اگر وہ اس کا علاج کامیابی اور ڈر کی حالت میں کرے تو اسے پکڑنے والا اس کا حق دار ہے۔
(12116) Shabi se is aadmi ke bare mein manqol hai jo apne janwar ko bimari ki wajah se chhor de, phir use koi aadmi pakad le aur is ko durust karde Shabi ne kaha : is mein faisla yeh hai agar woh is ka ilaaj, ghaas paani se kare to is ka asl malik is ka zyada haqdar hai aur agar woh is ka ilaaj kamyabi aur dar ki halat mein kare to use pakadne wala is ka haqdar hai.
