Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 13509
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Verily, Allah has written for the son of Adam his share of adultery which he will inevitably commit. The adultery of the eyes is looking, the adultery of the tongue is speaking, the adultery of the heart is desiring and wishing, and the private part confirms that or denies it."

(١٣٥٠٩) نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا کہ ابن آدم کے حصے میں جو زنا کا حصہ اللہ پاک نے لکھ دیا، وہ اس کو ہر حال میں کر کے رہے گا آنکھوں کا زنا دیکھنا، زبان کا زنا بولنا، نفس کا زنا خواہش اور تمنا کرنا اور شرم گاہ اس کی تصدیق کرے یا تکذیب کرے۔
(13509) Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya keh Ibn e Adam ke hisse mein jo zina ka hissa Allah Pak ne likh diya, woh uss ko har haal mein kar ke rahe ga. Aankhon ka zina dekhna, zuban ka zina bolna, nafs ka zina khwahish aur tamanna karna aur sharam gah uski tasdeeq kare ya takzeeb kare.
It is narrated on the authority of Ali that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) made Fadl bin Abbas ride behind him and he (the Prophet) stoned the Jamrah. Then a young girl belonging to the tribe of Khath'am came and said: "O Prophet of Allah! My father is an old man, he is senile and the obligation of Hajj is upon him. Will it suffice if I perform Hajj on his behalf?" He (the Prophet) said, "Yes, perform Hajj on his behalf," and he turned the face of Fadl bin Abbas. Ibn Abbas said, "O Messenger of Allah! Why did you turn the face of your nephew?" He (the Prophet) said, "I saw that he was young and the girl was also young. I was not at ease with Satan concerning them."

(١٣٥١٢) علی (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے پیچھے فضل بن عباس (رض) کو بٹھایا اور آپ نے جمرہ کے پاس رمی کی۔ ایک نوجوان لڑکی آئی جو خثعم قبیلہ کی تھی۔ اس نے کہا : اے اللہ کے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! میرا باپ بوڑھا آدمی ہے، وہ مخبوط الحواس ہے اور حج کا فریضہ اس کے ذمے ہے۔ اگر میں اس کی طرف سے حج کروں تو کیا کفایت کرے گا ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا کہ تو اس کی طرف سے حج کر اور فضل بن عباس کی گردن کو موڑ دیا۔ ابن عباس (رض) نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! آپ نے اپنے بھتیجے کی گردن کو کیوں موڑ دیا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : میں نے دیکھا، وہ بھی نوجوان تھا اور لڑکی بھی نوجوان تھی۔ میں شیطان سے امن میں نہیں تھا ان کے بارے میں۔
(13512) Ali (RA) se riwayat hai keh Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne apne peeche Fazl bin Abbas (RA) ko bithaya aur aap ne Jamrah ke paas rami ki. Ek naujawan ladki aayi jo Khath'am qabeele ki thi. Uss ne kaha: Aye Allah ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم))! Mera baap boodha aadmi hai, woh makhboot-ul-hawas hai aur Hajj ka farzah uss ke zimme hai. Agar main uski taraf se Hajj karoon to kya kafaayat karega? Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya keh tu uski taraf se Hajj kar aur Fazl bin Abbas ki gardan ko mod diya. Ibn Abbas (RA) ne kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool! Aap ne apne bhateeje ki gardan ko kyun mod diya. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Maine dekha, woh bhi naujawan tha aur ladki bhi naujawan thi. Main shaitan se aman mein nahin tha unke baare mein.
Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Avoid sitting on the paths." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, we have no other option but to sit and talk." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "If you insist on sitting, then give the path its right." They (may Allah be pleased with them all) asked: "What is its right?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: "Lowering your gaze, removing harmful objects, returning greetings, enjoining good, and forbidding evil."

(١٣٥١٣) ابو سعید خدری (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : راستوں پر بیٹھنے سے بچو تو انھوں نے کہا : اے اللہ کے رسول (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) ! ہمارے لیے اور کوئی چارہ کار نہیں ہے، ہم بیٹھ کر باتیں کرتے ہیں تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اگر تم انکار کرتے ہو تو پھر راستے کا حق دو ۔ صحابہ کرام (رض) نے پوچھا : کیا حق ہے ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : نگاہ نیچی رکھنا، تکلیف دہ چیز کو ہٹانا، اور سلام کا جواب دینا، نیکی کا حکم دینا اور برائی سے منع کرنا۔
(13513) Abu Saeed Khudri (RA) farmate hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: raston par baithne se bachon to unhon ne kaha: Aye Allah ke Rasool ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم))! hamare liye aur koi chara nahi hai, hum baith kar baaten karte hain to Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Agar tum inkar karte ho to phir raste ka haq do. Sahaba karam (RA) ne poocha: kya haq hai? Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: nigaah neechi rakhna, takleef deh cheez ko hatana, aur salam ka jawab dena, neki ka hukum dena aur burai se mana karna.
