باب اختناث الأسقية وما يكره من ذلك
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 14661
Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade drinking water from the mouths of waterskins.
Asmai said that "Ikhtinath" is to drink from a waterskin by folding its mouth over twice or by bending the mouth of the waterskin upwards and drinking from it.

(١٤٦٦١) حضرت ابو سعید خدری (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے مشکیزوں کے منہ سے پانی پینے سے منع فرمایا۔
اصمعی کہتے ہیں کہ اختناث مشک کے منہ کو دوہرا کر کے اس سے پیا جائے یا مشک کے منہ کو اوپر کی جانب موڑ کر اس سے پیا جائے۔
(14661) hazrat abu sayeed khudri (rz) farmate hain ke rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne mashkizon ke munh se pani pine se mana farmaya. asmaee kahte hain ke ikhtinas mashk ke munh ko dohra kar ke us se piya jaye ya mashk ke munh ko upar ki janib mor kar us se piya jaye.
Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that a man drank from the mouth of a water skin and a small snake went into his stomach. So the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade drinking from the mouths of water skins, turning them over to drink from.

(١٤٦٦٢) حضرت ابو سعید خدری (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نے مشک کے منہ سے پیا تو چھوٹا سا سانپ اس کے پیٹ میں چلا گیا تو رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے مشکوں کے منہ موڑ کر ان سے پینے سے منع فرما دیا۔
Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (RA) farmate hain ke aik aadmi ne musk ke munh se piya to chhota sa saanp us ke pet mein chala gaya to Rasool Allah (SAW) ne muskon ke munh mor kar un se pine se mana farma diya.
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade that one should drink from the mouth of a waterskin.

(١٤٦٦٣) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں کچھ اشیاء کی تمہیں رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے خبر دیتا ہوں کہ تم میں سے کوئی مشکیزے کے منہ کو منہ لگا کر پانی نہ پیے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) farmate hain ke main kuch ashiya ki tumhen Rasulullah (SAW) se khabar deta hun ke tum mein se koi mashkize ke munh ko munh laga kar pani na piye.
`Ikrima reported: Shall I not narrate to you a few ahadith which I heard from Abu Huraira (Allah be pleased with him) that Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) prohibited drinking from the mouth of a water-skin made of tanned leather.

(١٤٦٦٤) عکرمہ کہتے ہیں : کیا میں تمہیں چھوٹی چھوٹی چیزوں کی خبر نہ دوں جو میں نے ابوہریرہ (رض) سے سنی ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے مشک کے منہ سے منہ لگا کر پینے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔

Ayyub transmits from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) from his document that he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) prohibited a man from drinking by putting his mouth directly to the mouth of a waterskin. Ayyub says: I was informed that this man drank water by putting his mouth to the mouth of a waterskin, then a snake came out.

(١٤٦٦٥) ایوب اپنی سند سے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے آدمی کو مشکیزے کے منہ سے منہ لگا کر پینے سے منع فرمایا۔ ایوب کہتے ہیں : مجھے خبر ملی کہ اس شخص نے مشکیزے کے منہ کو منہ لگا کر پانی پیا تو سانپ نکل آیا۔
14665 ayub apni sanad se nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naql farmate hain ki aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne aadmi ko mashkize ke munh se munh laga kar pine se mana farmaya. ayub kahte hain : mujhe khabar mili ki us shakhs ne mashkize ke munh ko munh laga kar pani piya to saanp nikal aaya.
(14666) Hisham bin Urwah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from his father that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade drinking from the mouth of a waterskin, saying: "It spoils it." Both forbidding and allowing narrations have been reported.
Some scholars have said: When the waterskin is hung from a wall, insects will not be able to get into it.

(١٤٦٦٦) ہشام بن عروہ (رض) اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے مشکیزے کے منہ سے پینے سے منع فرمایا اور فرمایا : وہ خراب ہوجاتا ہے۔ نہی اور رخصت کی دونوں طرح کی احادیث منقول ہیں۔
بعض علماء نے کہا ہے : جب مشکیزہ دیوار سے لٹکا ہوا ہو تو حشرات الارض اس میں داخل نہ ہو سکیں گے۔
Hisham bin Urwa (RA) apne walid se naql farmate hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne mashkize ke munh se pine se mana farmaya aur farmaya: Woh kharab hojata hai. Nahi aur rukhsat ki donon tarah ki ahadees manqool hain. Baaz ulama ne kaha hai: Jab mashkiza diwar se latka hua ho to hasharatul arz us mein dakhil na ho sakenge.
