Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 15552
Narrated Aisha (RA): A woman should not remain pregnant for more than two years, and she should not determine (the period) by the movement of the shade of a spindle.

(١٥٥٥٢) حضرت عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ عورت حمل میں دو سال سے نہ زیادہ کرے اور وہ تکلے کی لکڑی کے سائے کے گھومنے کا اندازہ نہ لگائے۔
hazrat ayesha (rz) se riwayat hai ki aurat hamal mein do saal se na ziyada kare aur wo takle ki lakdi ke saaye ke ghoomne ka andaza na lagaye.
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reported that a woman should not exceed the waiting period of two years and a little more, equal to the shade of a date palm tree, for her pregnancy. He (the Prophet) said, "Glory be to Allah! Who says such a thing? This neighboring girl of ours, the wife of Muhammad bin Ajlan, is a truthful woman, and her husband is also a truthful man. She became pregnant three times in twelve years, and each pregnancy remained in her womb for four years."

(١٥٥٥٣) عائشہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ عورت اپنے حمل پر دو سال سے زیادہ تکلے کے سائے کے برابر مقدار بھی زیادہ نہ کرے۔ فرماتے ہیں : سبحان اللہ یہ بات کون کہتا ہے ؟ یہ ہماری ہمسائی لڑکی محمد بن عجلان کی بیوی سچی عورت ہے اور اس کا خاوند بھی سچا آدمی ہے۔ یہ بارہ سالوں میں تین بار حاملہ ہوئی اور ہر حمل اس کے پیٹ میں چار سال رہا۔
Ayesha (rz) se riwayat hai ki aurat apne hamal par do saal se ziada takle ke saaye ke barabar miqdar bhi ziada na kare Farmaty hain Subhan Allah yeh baat kaun kehta hai Yeh hamari hamsai larki Muhammad bin Ajlan ki biwi sachi aurat hai aur iska khaavand bhi sacha aadmi hai Yeh barah salon mein teen baar hamil hua aur har hamal iske pet mein chaar saal raha
Mubarak bin Mujahid said: It became famous among us that the wife of Muhammad bin Ajlaan carried her pregnancy for four years and she was named "the one with the elephant pregnancy."

(١٥٥٥٤) مبارک بن مجاہد فرماتے ہیں : ہمارے ہاں مشہور ہوگیا کہ محمد بن عجلان کی بیوی نے اپنے حمل کو چار سال تک اٹھائے رکھا اور اس کا نام ہاتھی کے حمل والی رکھا گیا۔
Mubarak bin Mujahid farmate hain: Hamare han mashhoor hogaya ki Muhammad bin Ajlan ki biwi ne apne hamal ko chaar saal tak uthaye rakha aur us ka naam hathi ke hamal wali rakha gaya.
Muhammad bin Umar Waqidi said: I heard from Malik bin Anas that pregnancy lasts for two years, and I know someone whose mother was pregnant with him for more than two years, meaning Malik bin Anas himself.

(١٥٥٥٥) محمد بن عمر واقدی فرماتے ہیں : میں نے مالک بن انس سے سنا کہ حمل دو سال تک رہتا ہے اور میں اس کو پہنچانتا ہوں جس کے ساتھ اس کی والدہ دو سال سے زیادہ حاملہ ہوئی یعنی مالک بن انس خود۔
(15555) Muhammad bin Umar Waqidi farmate hain : main ne Malik bin Anas se suna ki hamal do sal tak rahta hai aur main is ko pahchanta hun jis ke sath is ki walida do sal se ziada hamil hui yani Malik bin Anas khud.
Muhammad bin 'Umar bin Waqid said about Malik bin Anas that his mother carried him in her womb for three years, meaning Malik bin Anas stayed in his mother's womb for three years.

(١٥٥٥٦) محمد بن عمر بن واقد مالک بن انس کے بارے میں فرماتے ہیں کہ ان کی والدہ نے ان کو پیٹ میں تین سال تک اٹھائے رکھا، یعنی مالک بن انس اپنی والدہ کے پیٹ میں تین سال تک رہے۔
(15556) Muhammad bin Umar bin Waqid Malik bin Anas ke bare mein farmate hain ki un ki walida ne un ko pet mein teen saal tak uthaye rakha, yani Malik bin Anas apni walida ke pet mein teen saal tak rahe.
Hashim bin Yahya Farra' Majashi'i reports: Once, Malik bin Dinaar was sitting when a man came to him and said, "O Abu Yahya! Please pray for my wife, she has been pregnant for four years and today she is in severe pain." Malik bin Dinaar became upset and closed the Mushaf (Quran). Then he said, "These people think that we are prophets." Then he prayed, "O Allah! If there is gas in this woman's belly, then remove it this very hour, and if there is a girl in her belly, then replace it with a boy, for indeed You are the One who takes away whomever You will and You are the One who keeps alive whomever You will." Then Malik raised his hand and the people also raised their hands. The messenger then said to the man, "Go to your wife." The man went. Malik had not yet lowered his hand when the man appeared from the door of the mosque, and on his shoulder was a four-year-old boy with short, curly hair. His teeth had already grown in, and his umbilical cord had not yet been cut.

(١٥٥٥٧) ہاشم بن یحییٰ فرّاء مجاشعی فرماتے ہیں : ایک دفعہ کا ذکر ہے کہ مالک بن دینار بیٹھے ہوئے تھے، اچانک ان کے پاس ایک آدمی آیا۔ اس نے کہا : اے ابو یحییٰ ! میری بیوی کے لیے دعا کرو وہ چار سالوں سے حاملہ ہے اور آج وہ شدید تکلیف میں ہے۔ مالک بن دینار غضب ناک ہوئے اور مصحف یعنی قرآن کو بند کردیا۔ پھر فرمایا : یہ لوگ سمجھتے ہیں کہ ہم انبیاء ہیں۔ پھر دعا کی کہ اے اللہ ! اگر اس عورت کے پیٹ میں ہوا ہے تو اس کو اسی گھڑی نکال دے اور اگر اس کے پیٹ میں لڑکی ہے تو اس کو لڑکے کے ساتھ بدل دے، بیشک تو ہی جس کو چاہتا ہے مٹاتا ہے اور تو ہی جس کو چاہتا ہے باقی ثابت رکھتا ہے۔ پھر مالک نے اپنے ہاتھ کو اٹھایا اور لوگوں نے بھی اپنے ہاتھوں کو اٹھایا اور قاصد اس شخص کی طرف آیا اور کہا : تو اپنی بیوی کو پا، یعنی اپنی بیوی کے پاس جا۔ آدمی گیا۔ مالک نے ابھی اپنے ہاتھ کو نیچے نہیں کیا تھا کہ آدمی مسجد کے دروازے سے نمودار ہوا اور اس کے کندھے پر چھوٹے گنگھریالے بالوں والا چار سال کا لڑکا تھا۔ اس کے دانت بھی برابر ہوچکے تھے، اس کی ناف ابھی کاٹی نہیں گئی تھی۔
(15557) Hashim bin Yahya Farra Majashi فرماتے ہیں : Aik dafa ka zikar hai ke Malik bin Dinar baithe hue thay, achanak un ke pass aik aadmi aaya. Us ne kaha : Aye Abu Yahya! Meri biwi ke liye dua karo wo char saalon se hamil hai aur aaj wo shadeed takleef mein hai. Malik bin Dinar ghussa nak hue aur mushaf yani quran ko band kardiya. Phir farmaya : Ye log samjhte hain ke hum anbiya hain. Phir dua ki ke aye Allah! Agar is aurat ke pait mein hawa hai to is ko isi ghari nikal de aur agar is ke pait mein ladki hai to is ko ladke ke sath badal de, beshak tu hi jis ko chahta hai mitata hai aur tu hi jis ko chahta hai baqi sabit rakhta hai. Phir Malik ne apne hath ko uthaya aur logon ne bhi apne hathon ko uthaya aur qasid us shakhs ki taraf aaya aur kaha : Tu apni biwi ko pa, yani apni biwi ke pass ja. Aadmi gaya. Malik ne abhi apne hath ko neeche nahin kiya tha ke aadmi masjid ke darwaze se namudar hua aur uske kandhe par chhote gangharyale baalon wala chaar saal ka ladka tha. Us ke daant bhi barabar hochuke thay, us ki naaf abhi kati nahin gai thi.
Abu Sufyan narrated to us that someone among our elders narrated a hadith that a man came to Umar bin Khattab and said, "O leader of the believers! I was away from my wife for two years. When I returned, she was pregnant." Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) consulted with the people about stoning her (for adultery). Muadh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "O leader of the believers! If you have proof against her, then you have no proof against the one in her womb. Leave her until she gives birth." He left her and she gave birth to a child who already had two teeth. The man recognized his resemblance in the child and said, "By Allah! This is my son." Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "Women have become incapable of giving birth to the likes of Muadh bin Jabal. If it were not for Muadh, Umar would have been destroyed." If this is proven, then there is evidence that a pregnancy can remain in the womb for more than two years, and the saying of Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) about the woman whose husband goes missing, that she should wait for four years, this is similar to him saying that maybe this is because the pregnancy can remain for four years, and Allah knows best.

(١٥٥٥٨) ابو سفیان فرماتے ہیں کہ مجھے ہمارے بزرگوں میں کسی نے حدیث بیان کی کہ ایک شخص عمر بن خطاب کے پاس آیا، اس نے کہا : اے امیر المؤمنین ! میں اپنے عورت سے دو سال تک غائب رہا ہوں۔ میں آیا ہوں تو وہ حاملہ ہے۔ عمر (رض) نے لوگوں سے اس کے رجم کرنے کے بارے میں مشورہ کیا۔ معاذ بن جبل (رض) نے فرمایا : اے امیر المؤمنین ! اگر آپ کے پاس اس کے خلاف کوئی دلیل ہے تو جو اس کے پیٹ میں ہے اس کے خلاف آپ کے پاس کوئی دلیل نہیں ہے۔ آپ اس کو چھوڑ دیجیے حتی کہ وہ وضع حمل کرلے۔ آپ نے اس کو چھوڑ دیا۔ اس نے بچے کو جنم دیا۔ اس کے سامنے والے دو دانت نکل چکے تھے۔ آدمی نے اپنی مشابہت اس بچے میں پہچان لی۔ فرمایا : اللہ کی قسم ! یہ میرا بیٹا ہے۔ عمر (رض) نے فرمایا : عورتیں عاجز آگئی ہیں کہ وہ معاذ بن جبل جیسوں کو جنم دیں۔ اگر معاذ نہ ہوتے تو عمر ہلاک ہوجاتے۔ اگر یہ ثابت ہوجائے تو اس میں دلیل ہے کہ حمل دو سالوں سے زیادہ دیر تک پیٹ میں باقی رہ سکتا ہے اور عمر (رض) کا قول اس عورت کے بارے میں جس کا خاوند گم ہوجائے یہ ہے کہ وہ چار سال تک انتظار کرے، یہ اس کے مشابہہ ہے کہ شاید وہ حمل کے چار سال تک باقی رہنے کی وجہ سے کہتے ہوں اور اللہ ہی زیادہ جاننے والا ہے۔
(15558) Abu Sufian farmate hain ke mujhe humare buzurgon mein kisi ne hadees bayan ki ke ek shakhs Umar bin Khattab ke pass aaya, usne kaha : Aye Amir-ul-Momineen! mein apne aurat se do saal tak ghaib raha hun. Mein aaya hun to wo hamil hai. Umar (Raz) ne logon se uske rajm karne ke bare mein mashwara kiya. Muaz bin Jabal (Raz) ne farmaya : Aye Amir-ul-Momineen! agar aap ke pass uske khilaf koi daleel hai to jo uske pet mein hai uske khilaf aap ke pass koi daleel nahin hai. Aap usko chhor dijiye hatta ke wo wazeh hamla karle. Aap ne usko chhor diya. Usne bache ko janam diya. Uske samne wale do dant nikal chuke thay. Aadmi ne apni mushabih is bache mein pehchan li. Farmaya : Allah ki qasam! ye mera beta hai. Umar (Raz) ne farmaya : Auratain aajiz aa gayi hain ke wo Muaz bin Jabal jaison ko janam dein. Agar Muaz na hote to Umar halak hojate. Agar ye sabit hojae to is mein daleel hai ke hamla do saalon se zyada dair tak pet mein baqi reh sakta hai aur Umar (Raz) ka qaul is aurat ke bare mein jis ka khawanad gum hojae ye hai ke wo chaar saal tak intezar kare, ye uske mushabaha hai ke shayad wo hamla ke chaar saal tak baqi rahne ki wajah se kahte hon aur Allah hi zyada janne wala hai.
