Chapter: The slain from the just people by the sword of the people of rebellion in battle is a martyr, not washed or prayed over according to one opinion
باب المقتول من أهل العدل بسيف أهل البغي في المعترك شهيد لا يغسل ولا يصلى عليه في أحد القولين

Qais ibn Abi Hazim said that 'Ammar said: "Bury me in my clothes, for I will dispute with them on the Day of Resurrection."

(١٦٧٧١) قیس بن ابی حازم کہتے ہیں کہ حضرت عمار نے فرمایا تھا : مجھے میرے کپڑوں ہی میں دفن کرنا، میں قیامت کے دن ان سے جھگڑا کروں گا۔
(16771) Qais bin Abi Hazim kehte hain ki Hazrat Ammar ne farmaya tha : mujhe mere kapdon hi mein dafan karna, mein qayamat ke din un se jhagda karunga.
Abu Sheikh Muhajir narrated that in the battle of Jamal, Zaid bin Sauhan was carrying the flag of Banu Abdul Qais. When he fell wounded, he said: “Do not wash the blood off me and tie these clothes tightly around me. I will argue (with the oppressors) on the Day of Judgment."

(١٦٧٧٢) ابو شیخ مہاجر کہتے ہیں کہ جنگ جمل میں زید بن صوحان نے بنو عبدالقیس کا جھنڈا اٹھایا ہوا تھا، زخمی ہو کر گرپڑے تو فرمایا : میرا خون مجھ سے نہ دھونا اور انہی کپڑوں کو مجھ پر مضبوطی سے لپیٹ دینا ۔ میں قیامت کے روز جھگڑا کروں گا۔
(16772) abu shaykh muhajir kahte hain ke jang jamal mein zayd bin sauhan ne banu abdul qais ka jhanda uthaya hua tha, zakhmi ho kar gir pade to farmaya : mera khoon mujh se na dhona aur inhi kapdon ko mujh par mazbooti se lapet dena . mein qayamat ke roz jhagda karoon ga.
(16773) Sa'eed ibn 'Ubaid delivered a sermon and said: "Tomorrow, if we are martyred, do not bathe us, do not take off our clothes, and do not shroud us, but [bury us] in the same clothes that we are wearing." We have mentioned this narration in the Book of Funerals, that 'Ali offered the funeral prayer for 'Ammar ibn Yasir and Hashim ibn 'Utbah.

(١٦٧٧٣) سعید بن عبید نے ایک خطبہ دیا اور فرمایا : کل اگر ہم شہید ہوجائیں تو نہ ہمیں غسل دینا، نہ کپڑے اتارنا ، نہ کفن دینا مگر انہی کپڑوں میں جو ہم پر ہیں۔
کتاب الجنائز میں ہم یہ روایت بیان کر آئے ہیں کہ حضرت علی نے عمار بن یاسر اور ہاشم بن عتبہ پر نماز جنازہ پڑھی۔
(16773) Saeed bin Ubaid ne ek khutba diya aur farmaya: Kal agar hum shaheed hojain to na humain gusal dena, na kapre utarna, na kafan dena magar inhi kapron mein jo hum par hain. Kitab aljanaiz mein hum ye riwayat bayan kar aae hain ke Hazrat Ali ne Ammar bin Yasir aur Hashim bin Utba par namaz janaza parha.
