Ibn al-Madini said: I said to Sufyan: You narrate this entire hadith from only one person; I narrate it to you from Zuhri.

(١٦٩٧٠) ابن المدینی کہتے ہیں کہ میں نے سفیان کو کہا کہ یہ حدیث تمام کے تمام صرف ایک ہی سے روایت کرتے ہیں، میں آپ کو زہری سے یہ روایت کرتا ہوں۔
(16970) ibne madeeni kehte hain ki maine sufyan ko kaha ki yeh hadees tamam ke tamam sirf ek hi se riwayat karte hain main aap ko zuhri se yeh riwayat karta hun
Zaid bin Khalid al-Juhani reported: I heard the Prophet (ﷺ) deliver a verdict that the person guilty of fornication, if unmarried, is to receive a hundred lashes and be exiled for a year.

(١٦٩٧١) زید بن خالد جہنی کہتے ہیں : میں نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو یہ حکم دیتے ہوئے سنا کہ جس نے زنا کیا اور وہ شادی شدہ نہیں تھا تو اس میں سو کوڑے اور ایک سال کی جلا وطنی ہے۔
Zayd bin Khalid Jahani kahte hain : mein ne Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko ye hukm dete huye suna ke jis ne zina kya aur wo shadi shuda nahi tha to us mein so kore aur ek saal ki jala watni hai.
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: Whoever committed fornication and had never married, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would have him lashed and banished from Madinah.
And 'Umar would banish them from Madinah to Basrah or Khaibar.

(١٦٩٧٢) ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں : جو غیر شادی شدہ زنا کرتا تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) اسے کوڑے لگا کر مدینہ سے نکال دیتے۔
اور حضرت عمر مدینہ سے بصرہ یا خیبر کی طرف جلا وطن کردیتے۔
(16972) Abu Huraira (RA) farmate hain : jo ghair shadi shuda zina karta to Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) use kore laga kar Madina se nikal dete.
Aur Hazrat Umar Madina se Basra ya Khyber ki taraf jala watan kar dete.
Ibn Umar narrated that Abu Bakr was sitting in the mosque when a man came and started talking in circles, looking distressed. Abu Bakr said to Umar, "Ask him what's wrong. Is something the matter?" Umar went to him, and the man said he had a guest who had committed adultery with his daughter. Umar struck his chest and said, "May Allah destroy you! Why didn't you protect your daughter?" Abu Bakr called both of them, carried out the prescribed punishment (for adultery), and then married them off and exiled them for a year.

(١٦٩٧٣) ابن عمر فرماتے ہیں کہ حضرت ابوبکر مسجد میں بیٹھے تھے کہ ایک شخص آیا اور گھما پھرا کر بات کرنے لگا اور وہ گھبرایا ہوا تھا تو آپ نے عمر سے کہا : اس سے پوچھو : کیا ہوا ہے ؟ کوئی بات ہے ؟ تو حضرت عمر اس کے پاس گئے تو اس نے بتایا کہ اس کے ہاں کوئی مہمان تھا تو وہ اس کی بیٹی پر واقع ہوگیا تو حضرت عمر نے اس کے سینے پر مارا اور کہا : اللہ تجھے برباد کرے، تو نے اپنی بیٹی کی پردہ پوشی کیوں نہیں کی تو ابوبکر نے دونوں کو بلایا اور حد لگائی اور پھر ان کی شادی کردی اور ایک سال کے لیے جلا وطن کردیا۔
16973 Ibn Umar farmate hain keh Hazrat Abubakar masjid mein baithe thy keh aik shakhs aya aur ghuna phura kar baat karne laga aur wo ghbaraya hua tha to aap ne Umar se kaha is se puchho kya hua hai koi baat hai to Hazrat Umar is ke pass gaye to is ne bataya keh is ke haan koi mehman tha to wo is ki beti par waqe hogaya to Hazrat Umar ne is ke sine par mara aur kaha Allah tujhe barbad kare tune apni beti ki pardah poshi kyun nahi ki to Abubakar ne donon ko bulaya aur had lagai aur phir un ki shadi kardi aur aik saal ke liye jala watan kardiya
Safiya said: 'Ali said: Safiya bint Abi 'Ubayd said that a man offered hospitality to another. He committed fornication with his sister, so her brother came to Abu Bakr. He (Abu Bakr) asked them about it and they confessed, so he asked: "Is she married or unmarried?" They replied that she was unmarried, so he had them flogged with a hundred stripes and exiled them to Fadak. Then, the man later married the woman, and he was killed on the Day of Yamama. [Sahih].

(١٦٩٧٤) صفیہ کہتی ہیں کہ حضرت علی (رض) نے فرمایا : صفیہ بنت ابی عبید کہتی ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نے دوسرے کی مہمان نوازی کی۔ وہ اس کی بہن پر واقع ہوگیا تو اس کا بھائی حضرت ابوبکر کے پاس آگیا۔ آپ نے ان سے معلوم کروایاتو انھوں نے بھی اقرار کرلیا تو پوچھا : شادی شدہ ہو یا غیر شادی شدہ ؟ جواب ملاغیر شادی شدہ تو آپ نے انھیں سو کوڑے لگوائے اور فدک کی طرف جلا وطن کردیا، پھر اس آدمی نے بعد میں اس عورت سے شادی کرلی اور وہ آدمی یمامہ کے دن مقتول ہوا۔ [صحیح ]
Safiya kahti hain ki Hazrat Ali (RA) ne farmaya: Safiya bint Abi Ubaid kahti hain ki ek aadmi ne dusre ki mehman nawazi ki. Woh us ki behan par waqe hua to uska bhai Hazrat Abu Bakr ke paas aa gaya. Aap ne un se maloom karwaya to unhon ne bhi iqrar kar liya to poocha: Shadi shuda ho ya ghair shadi shuda? Jawab mila ghair shadi shuda to aap ne unhen sau kore lagwaye aur Fadak ki taraf jala watan kar diya, phir us aadmi ne baad mein us aurat se shadi kar li aur woh aadmi Yamama ke din maqtool hua. [Sahih].
Safiyyah bint Abi Ubayd reported: A man who had fornicated with a slave girl was brought to Abu Bakr. He was unmarried and she became pregnant. He also confessed to the act. So Abu Bakr had him flogged with a hundred stripes and exiled him to Fadak.

(١٦٩٧٥) صفیہ بنت ابی عبید کہتی ہیں کہ حضرت ابوبکر کے پاس ایک شخصلایا گیا جو کسی لونڈی پر واقع ہوگیا تھا، وہ غیر شادی شدہ تھا اور وہ حاملہ ہوگئی تھی۔ اس نے اعتراف بھی کرلیا تھا تو آپ نے اسے سو کوڑے لگائے اور فدک کی طرف جلاوطن کردیا۔
Safiya binat abi ubaid kahti hain ki hazrat abubakar ke pas aik shakhs laya gaya jo kisi laundi par waqe ho gaya tha, woh ghair shadi shuda tha aur woh hamil ho gayi thi. Us ne iqrar bhi kar liya tha to aap ne usey sau koray lagaye aur fadak ki taraf jala watan kar diya.
Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), Abu Bakr and Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) used to flog (as a punishment) and exile (from the land).
