Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 16981
Umm Salamah reported that I had a eunuch and he said to my brother 'Abdullah: If Allah grants you victory over Ta'if tomorrow, I will tell you about the daughter of Ghaylan; she comes with four and goes back with eight. When the Prophet (ﷺ) heard it, he said: He should not enter upon you (in your house) after today.

(١٦٩٨١) ام سلمہ کہتی ہیں کہ میرے پاس ایک ہیجڑا تھا تو اس نے میرے بھائی عبداللہ کو کہا : اگر اللہ تمہیں کل طائف پر غلبہ دے تو میں تمہیں بتاتا ہوں کہعنیلان کی بیٹی آتی ہے چار کے ساتھ اور جاتی ہے آٹھ کے ساتھ تو جب نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے یہ سنا تو فرمایا : آج کے بعد یہ گھر میں داخل نہ ہوں۔
Am Salma kahti hain ke mere pas ek hijra tha to us ne mere bhai Abdullah ko kaha: Agar Allah tumhein kal Taif par ghalba de to main tumhen batata hun ke Anilan ki beti aati hai chaar ke sath aur jati hai aath ke sath to jab Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne ye suna to farmaya: Aaj ke bad ye ghar mein dakhil na hon.
Musa bin 'Abdul Rahman bin 'Ayash said that during the time of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) there were three effeminate men: Mata', Hadam, and Hayit. Mata' used to stay with Fakhitah bint 'Amr, who was the Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) maternal aunt. He would also frequent the Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) house. When the expedition to Ta'if took place, he said to Khalid bin Al-Waleed, "If Allah grants you victory over Ta'if, then capture the daughter of Ghailan. She comes with four and leaves with eight." When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) heard this, he said, "I did not know that this wicked man observes such things. From now on, he should not enter the house." Then when the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) returned, upon reaching a place called Dhu'l-Hulaifa, he said, "This one should not enter Madinah." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered Madinah. It was said to him, "He is poor, let him come; he has no other means." So the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) permitted him to come once a week, take what he needed, and leave. This remained the same during the time of Abu Bakr and 'Umar, and along with him, Hadam and Hayit were also exiled.

(١٦٩٨٣) موسیٰ بن عبدالرحمن بن عیاش کہتے ہیں کہ عہد رسالت میں تین مخنث تھے : ماتع، ہدم، ہیت۔ جو ماتع تھا یہ فاختہ بنت عمرو جو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی خالہ تھیں ان کے پاس تھا یہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے گھروں میں بھی آتا جاتا تھا جب طائف کا موقع آیا تو یہ خالد بن ولید کو کہنے لگا کہ اگر اللہ تمہیں طائف پر غلبہ دے دے تو غیلان کی بیٹی کو پکڑ لینا، وہ آتی ہے چار کے ساتھ اور جاتی ہے آٹھ کے ساتھ۔ جب نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے یہ سنا تو فرمایا : مجھے نہیں پتہ تھا کہ یہ خبیث اس طرح کی باتیں بھی دیکھتے ہیں۔ آج کے بعد یہ گھروں میں نہ آئیں۔ پھر جب نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) واپس آئے، ذی الحلیفہ نامی جگہ پر پہنچے تو آپ نے فرمایا : یہ مدینہ میں داخل نہ ہوں اور نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) مدینہ میں داخل ہوگئے۔ آپ کو کہا گیا : یہ مسکین ہے، اسے آنے دیں اس کے علاوہ اس کے پاس کوئی چارہ نہیں تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ہفتے میں ایک دن ان کے لیے اجازت دے دی آئیں اور اپنی ضرورت کی چیزیں لیں اور چلے جائیں۔ عہد صدیقی اور عمر میں بھی اسی طرح رہا اور اس کے ساتھ ہدم اور ہیت کو بھی جلا وطن کردیا گیا تھا۔
(16983) Musa bin Abdurrahman bin Ayash kehte hain ke ahd risalat mein teen mukhannath the: Mata, Hadam, Hayit. Jo Mata tha ye Fakhta bint Amr jo Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki khala thi in ke paas tha ye Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke gharon mein bhi aata jata tha jab Taif ka mauqa aaya to ye Khalid bin Waleed ko kehne laga ke agar Allah tumhein Taif per ghalba de de to Ghailan ki beti ko pakad lena, wo aati hai chaar ke sath aur jati hai aath ke sath. Jab Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne ye suna to farmaya: Mujhe nahin pata tha ke ye khabees is tarah ki baaten bhi dekhte hain. Aaj ke baad ye gharon mein na aayen. Phir jab Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) wapas aaye, Zi al-Halifa nami jagah per pahunche to aap ne farmaya: Ye Madina mein dakhil na hon aur Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) Madina mein dakhil hogaye. Aap ko kaha gaya: Ye miskeen hai, ise aane den iske alawa iske paas koi chara nahin to Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne hafte mein ek din in ke liye ijazat de di aayen aur apni zaroorat ki cheezen lein aur chale jayen. Ahd Siddiqui aur Umar mein bhi isi tarah raha aur iske sath Hadam aur Hayit ko bhi jala watan kar diya gaya tha.
Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cursed the effeminate men and the women who imitate men, and he said, "Expel them from your houses," and he expelled so-and-so, i.e. an effeminate man.

(١٦٩٨٤) ابن عباس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے مردوں میں سے مخنثین پر لعنت فرمائی ہے اور عورتوں میں سے جو گندوانے والی ہیں اور فرمایا : ان کو اپنے گھروں سے نکال دو اور فلاں فلاں کو بھی نکال دو ، یعنی مخنثین کو۔
(16984) ibne abbas (raz) farmate hain keh nabi (salallahu alaihi wasallam) ne mardon mein se mukhannaseen par lanat farmai hai aur auraton mein se jo gundwane wali hain aur farmaya : in ko apne gharon se nikal do aur falan falan ko bhi nikal do, yani mukhannaseen ko.
Ibn Abbas narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Expel the effeminate men from your houses," and you (the people) expelled them, and Umar expelled them.

(١٦٩٨٥) ابن عباس فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اپنے گھروں سے مخنثین کو نکال دو ، آپ نے بھی نکالا اور عمر نے بھی ان کو نکالا۔
(16985) Ibn Abbas farmate hain ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : apne gharon se mukhannaseen ko nikal do, aap ne bhi nikala aur Umar ne bhi in ko nikala.
`Ikrimah reported that the Prophet (ﷺ) ordered the expulsion of the effeminate man from the house, and Abu Bakr ordered (the expulsion of one of them) and he was also expelled.

(١٦٩٨٦) عکرمہ کہتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے مخنث کو گھر سے نکالنے کا حکم دیا اور ابوبکر نے بھی ایک کے بارے میں حکم دیا تھا، پھرا سے بھی نکال دیا گیا۔
(16986) Akrma kehty hain kah Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne mukhannath ko ghar se nikalney ka hukm diya aur Abubakar ne bhi aik k baary mein hukm diya tha phir a se bhi nikal diya gaya.
Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that a hermaphrodite with henna on his hands and feet was brought to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He asked, "What is this?" It was said, "He resembles women." So he banished him to Naqi'. The people said, "O Messenger of Allah, should we not kill him?" He said, "I have been prohibited from killing those who pray."

(١٦٩٨٧) ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس ایک مخنث لایا گیا، جس کے ہاتھوں اور پاؤں پر مہندی لگی تھی۔ آپ نے پوچھا : یہ کیا ہے ؟ کہا : یہ عورتوں سے مشابہت رکھتا ہے تو آپ نے اسے نقیع کی طرف جلا وطن کردیا۔ لوگوں نے کہا : یا رسول اللہ ! ہم اسے قتل نہ کردیں ؟ فرمایا : مجھے نماز پڑھنے والوں کے قتل سے منع کیا گیا ہے۔
(16987) Abu Hurairah (RA) farmate hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke paas ek mukhannath laya gaya, jis ke hathon aur paaon per mehndi lagi thi. Aap ne poocha: Yeh kya hai? Kaha: Yeh auraton se mushabahat rakhta hai to aap ne use Naqee ki taraf jala watan kar diya. Logon ne kaha: Ya Rasulullah! Hum ise qatl na kar dein? Farmaya: Mujhe namaz parhne walon ke qatl se mana kiya gaya hai.
