Sahl bin Sa'd Sa'idi says that a man peeked through a hole in your (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) room, and you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had a comb with which you were scratching your head, so you said: "If I had known that you were peeking, I would have poked your eye out. It is because of sight that seeking permission has been prescribed."

(١٧٦٥١) سہل بن سعد ساعدی کہتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے حجرے میں ایک سوراخ سے جھانکا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس ایک کنگھی تھی کہ جس سے آپ اپنے سر کو کھجا رہے تھے تو آپ نے فرمایا : اگر مجھے پتہ چل جاتا کہ تو جھانک رہا ہے تو میں تیری آنکھ پھوڑ دیتا۔ نظر کی وجہ سے تو اجازت طلب کرنا رکھا ہے۔
Sahl bin Saad Saidi kehte hain ki ek shakhs ne Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke hujre mein ek suraakh se jhanka to Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke paas ek kanghi thi ki jis se Aap apne sar ko khuja rahe the to Aap ne farmaya: Agar mujhe pata chal jata ki tu jhank raha hai to main teri aankh phod deta. Nazar ki wajah se to ijazat talab karna rakha hai.
Anas narrates that a man was peeking into the room of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) had a comb in his hand, and he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came out as if to poke him in the eye. Hajjaj said: As if I am seeing the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that you got up quickly towards him as if to poke him in the eye.

(١٧٦٥٣) حضرت انس فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے حجرے میں جھانک رہا تھا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ہاتھ میں کنگھی تھی تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) آگئے تاکہ اس کی آنکھ میں ماریں۔ حجاج نے کہا : گویا کہ میں رسول اللہ کو دیکھ رہا ہوں کہ آپ جلدی سے اس کی طرف اٹھے تاکہ اس کی آنکھ میں ماروں۔
Hazrat Anas farmate hain ke ek shakhs Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke hujre mein jhank raha tha. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke hath mein kanghi thi to Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) aaye taake uski aankh mein maaren. Hajjaj ne kaha: Goya ke mein Rasul Allah ko dekh raha hun ke Aap jaldi se uski taraf uthe taake uski aankh mein maaron.
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that a villager came to the door of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and peeped through the crack of the door. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saw him and took a pointed piece of wood to strike the villager's eye. He ran away, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: If he had stayed, I would have poked his eye out.

(١٧٦٥٤) حضرت انس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک دیہاتی نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے دروازے پر آیا اور دروازے کی دراڑ پر آنکھ رکھ کر جھانکنے لگا تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے دیکھ لیا۔ آپ نے ایک نوک دار لکڑی پکڑی تاکہدیہاتی کی آنکھ پر ماریں ۔ وہ بھاگ گیا تو آپ نے فرمایا : اگر وہ رکا رہتا تو میں اس کی آنکھ پھوڑ دیتا۔
(17654) Hazrat Anas (RA) farmate hain ki ek dehati Nabi (SAW) ke darwaze par aaya aur darwaze ki darar par aankh rakh kar jhankne laga to Nabi (SAW) ne dekh liya. Aap ne ek nok dar lakdi pakdi taake dehati ki aankh par maaren. Woh bhaag gaya to aap ne farmaya: Agar woh ruka rehta to main uski aankh phod deta.
(17655) It was reported to Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no sin on the owner of a house if he throws a pebble at one who looks into his house without permission, and puts his eye out."

(١٧٦٥٥) ابوہریرہ (رض) کو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی یہ بات پہنچی کہ آپ نے فرمایا : اگر کوئی آدمی بغیر اجازت کے کسی کے گھر میں جھانکے اور گھر کا مالک کنکری مار کر اس کی آنکھ پھوڑ دے تو اس پر کوئی گناہ نہیں۔
(17655) Abu Huraira (RA) ko Nabi (SAW) ki yeh baat pahunchi keh aap ne farmaya: Agar koi aadmi baghair ijazat ke kisi ke ghar mein jhanke aur ghar ka malik kankari maar kar us ki aankh phod de to us par koi gunah nahi.
