Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The protection given by any Muslim is the same, even the least of them can grant it. Whoever violates the protection of a Muslim, upon him be the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people. Neither his obligatory nor his voluntary acts of worship will be accepted." (b) Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that the blood of all believers is equal, they are united against their enemies like one hand, and even the least of them can grant protection.

(١٨١٦٨) حضرت علی (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تمام مسلمانوں کا پناہ دینا ایک جیسا ہے ان کا ادنیٰ بھی پناہ دے سکتا ہے۔ جس نے مسلمان کی پناہ کو ختم کیا اس پر اللہ، فرشتوں اور تمام لوگوں کی لعنت ہے۔ اس کے فرض و نفل قبول نہ کیے جائیں گے۔ (ب) حضرت علی (رض) نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ تمام مومنوں کے خون برابر ہیں، وہ اپنے مخالفوں پر ایک ہاتھ کی مانند متحد ہیں اور ان کا ادنیٰ ترین شخص بھی پناہ دے سکتا ہے۔
18168 Hazrat Ali (RA) farmate hain keh Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya : tamam musalmanon ka panah dena ek jaisa hai un ka adna bhi panah de sakta hai. Jis ne musalman ki panah ko khatam kya us par Allah, farishton aur tamam logon ki laanat hai. Us ke farz o nafl qubool na kiye jayen ge. (b) Hazrat Ali (RA) Nabi (SAW) se naql farmate hain keh tamam mominon ke khoon barabar hain, woh apne mukhalifon par ek hath ki manind muttahed hain aur un ka adna tareen shakhs bhi panah de sakta hai.
Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: The least of my Ummah can give refuge.

(١٨١٦٩) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : میری امت کا ادنیٰ آدمی بھی پناہ دے سکتا ہے۔
(18169) Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) farmate hain keh Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Meri ummat ka adna aadmi bhi panah de sakta hai.
Fazil bin Zaid narrated that we were fighting the enemy. He said that a slave had given refuge to a group of polytheists as his share (of prisoners). The Muslims did not accept their refuge. The polytheists came and said: "You have given us refuge." The Companions replied, "We did not give you refuge. A slave gave you refuge." So the polytheists wrote a letter to Umar bin Khattab (ra). Umar (ra) replied, "The slaves are from the Muslims, their refuge should be considered the refuge of the Muslims." So Umar (ra) granted refuge to the polytheists.

(١٨١٧٠) فضیل بن زید فرماتے ہیں کہ ہم دشمن کا مقابلہ کرتے۔ فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک غلام نے مشرکین کو اپنے حصہ کی پناہ دی۔ مسلمانوں نے ان کی پناہ قبول نہ کی۔ مشرکین نے آ کر کہا : تم نے ہمیں پناہ دی۔ صحابہ نے کہا : ہم تمہیں پناہ نہ دیں گے۔ تمہیں غلام نے پناہ دی ہے تو مشرکین حضرت عمر بن خطاب (رض) کو خط لکھا تو حضرت عمر (رض) نے جواب دیا کہ غلام مسلمانوں سے ہیں، ان کی پناہ مسلمانوں کی پناہ شمار کی جائے گی تو حضرت عمر (رض) نے مشرکین کو پناہ دی۔

Ziyad ibn Muslim reported that a man from Sindh came under the protection of a Muslim, and then a Muslim man killed him. The narrator said that Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz paid blood money to his heirs from his own wealth.

(١٨١٧١) زیاد بن مسلم فرماتے ہیں کہ ہند کا ایک شخص غلام کی پناہ میں آیا تو مسلمانوں کے کسی شخص نے قتل کردیا۔ راوی کہتے ہیں کہ حضرت عمر بن عبدالعزیز نے اپنی طرف سے اس کے ورثاء کو دیت ادا کی۔
Ziyad bin Muslim farmate hain ki Hind ka aik shakhs ghulam ki panaah mein aaya to Musalmanon ke kisi shakhs ne qatl kardiya. Rawi kahte hain ki Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz ne apni taraf se uske warisayon ko diyat ada ki.
Hazrat Ali bin Abi Talib (R.A.) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “A slave will be given inferior goods from the spoils of war. His protection is permissible. The protection of a woman is also permissible if she gives refuge to people."

(١٨١٧٢) حضرت علی بن ابی طالب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : مال غنیمت سے غلام کو گھٹیا سامان دیا جائے گا۔ اس کی پناہ جائز ہے۔ عورت کی پناہ بھی جائز ہے جب وہ لوگوں کو پناہ دے دے۔
