Imran bin Husain narrated that an Ansari man, when he was dying, emancipated his six slaves. He had no other slaves. The news reached the Prophet (ﷺ) and he disapproved of it. He (ﷺ) then called for the slaves and divided them into three groups. He (ﷺ) then cast lots amongst them, freed two, and kept four as slaves.

(٢١٣٩٠) عمران بن حصین فرماتے ہیں کہ انصاری مرد نے اپنی موت کے وقت چھ غلام آزاد کردیے۔ اس کا اور کوئی غلام نہ تھا، نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو یہ خبر ملی تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کے بارے میں سخت کلام کی، پھر غلاموں کو منگوا کر تین حصوں میں تقسیم کردیا، پھر ان کے درمیان قرعہ اندازی کی، دو کو آزاد کردیا، چار کو غلام رکھا۔
(21390) Imran bin Husain farmate hain keh ansari mard ne apni mout ke waqt chhe ghulam azad kar diye. Is ka aur koi ghulam na tha, Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko yeh khabar mili to Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne is ke bare mein sakht kalam ki, phir ghulamon ko mangwa kar teen hisson mein taqseem kar diya, phir un ke darmiyan qura andazi ki, do ko azad kar diya, chaar ko ghulam rakha.
In a narration by Ishaq, it is reported that an Ansari man, at the time of his death, freed six slaves. In a narration by Muhammad bin Muthanna, it is reported that an Ansari man, at the time of his death, set free six slaves. He had no other possessions.

(٢١٣٩١) اسحاق کی روایت میں ہے کہ ایک انصاری نے موت کے وقت چھ غلام آزاد کردیے۔ محمد بن مثنی کی روایت میں ہے کہ ایک انصاری نے اپنی موت کے وقت چھ غلام آزاد کر دئیے ۔ کوئی دوسرا مال نہ تھا۔
(21391) ishaq ki riwayat mein hai ki ek ansari ne mout ke waqt chhe ghulam azad kar diye. muhammad bin masna ki riwayat mein hai ki ek ansari ne apni mout ke waqt chhe ghulam azad kar diye . koi dusra maal na tha.
Imran bin Husain narrated that a man on his deathbed emancipated his six slaves, and he had no other possessions. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) summoned them and divided them into three groups, then cast lots amongst them. He freed two and kept four as slaves, and he spoke sternly as well.

(٢١٣٩٢) عمران بن حصین فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نے اپنی موت کے وقت چھ غلام آزاد کردیے، اس کا کوئی دوسرا مال بھی نہ تھا، رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان کو بلایا اور تین حصوں میں تقسیم کیا، پھر ان کے درمیان قرعہ اندازی کی۔ دو کو آزاد کردیا اور چار کو غلام باقی رکھا اور سخت بات بھی کہی۔
(21392) Imran bin Husain farmate hain ki ek aadmi ne apni mout ke waqt chhe ghulam aazaad kar diye, is ka koi doosra maal bhi nah tha, Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne in ko bulaya aur teen hisson mein taqseem kiya, phir in ke darmiyaan qur'a andaazi ki. Do ko aazaad kar diya aur chaar ko ghulam baqi rakha aur sakht baat bhi kahi.
Imran bin Husain narrated that a man had six slaves and no other possessions. When he was dying, he freed them all. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) disapproved of this. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) then divided the slaves into three groups of two. He drew lots, freed two of the slaves, and the other four remained enslaved.

(٢١٣٩٤) عمران بن حصین فرماتے ہی کہ ایک آدمی کے چھ غلام تھے، اس کا کوئی دوسرا مال نہ تھا، اس نے اپنی موت کے وقت آزاد کردیے۔ یہ بات نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) تک پہنچی تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کو ناپسند فرمایا، پھر آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان کو تین حصوں میں تقسیم کردیا۔ پھر ان کے درمیان قرعہ اندازی کی۔ دو کو آزاد کردیا اور چار کو غلام باقی رکھا۔
21394 Imran bin Husain farmate hain keh ek aadmi ke chhe ghulam thay, us ka koi doosra maal na tha, us ne apni mout ke waqt azad kardiye. Yeh baat Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) tak pahunchi to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne us ko napasand farmaya, phir aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne un ko teen hisson mein taqseem kardiya. Phir un ke darmiyaan qur'a andazi ki. Do ko azad kardiya aur chaar ko ghulam baqi rakha.
Imran bin Husain narrated that a man on his deathbed set free six slaves and he had no other wealth. This was mentioned to the Prophet (ﷺ) whereupon he cast lots amongst them. The Prophet (ﷺ) then freed two of them, and the other four remained slaves.

(٢١٣٩٥) عمران بن حصین فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نے اپنی موت کے وقت چھ غلام آزاد کردیے، ان کے علاوہ اس کا مال بھی نہ تھا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو پتہ چلاتو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان کے درمیان قرعہ اندازی کی۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے دو کو آزاد کردیا اور چار کو غلام باقی رکھا۔
21395 Imran bin Husain farmate hain ki ek aadmi ne apni maut ke waqt chhe ghulam aazaad kar diye, un ke ilawa us ka maal bhi nah tha, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko pata chalato aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne un ke darmiyaan qura andazi ki. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne do ko aazaad kar diya aur chaar ko ghulam baqi rakha.
Hasan narrates from Imran bin Husain that a man, at the time of his death, set free six slaves. He had no other wealth. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cast lots amongst the slaves, freed two, and kept the remaining four as slaves.

(٢١٣٩٦) حضرت حسن عمران بن حصین سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نے اپنی موت کے وقت چھ غلام آزاد کردیے، اس کے علاوہ اس کا مال نہ تھا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے غلاموں کے درمیان قرعہ ڈالا، دو کو آزاد کردیا، باقی چار کو غلام رکھا۔

Hasan Basri narrated from Imran bin Husain that a man died and left behind six slaves. He had freed them in his will at the time of his death. His heirs came and mentioned this to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He said: "If we had known, we would not have prayed his funeral prayer." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) then said: "Call the slaves." They were called, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cast lots among them and freed two and kept four as slaves.

(٢١٣٩٨) حسن بصری حضرت عمران بن حصین سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی فوت ہوگیا، چھ غلام چھوڑے، ان کو اپنی موت کے وقت آزاد کردیا، اس کے ورثاء نے آکر نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے سامنے تذکرہ کیا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اگر ہمیں معلوم ہوتا ہم اس کا نمازِ جنازہ نہیں پڑھتے۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : غلاموں کو بلاؤ، ان کو بلایا گیا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان کے درمیان قرعہ ڈالا اور دو کو آزاد کردیا اور چار کو غلام رکھا۔
21398 hasan basri hazrat imran bin husain se naqal farmate hain ke ek aadmi faut hogaya chhe ghulam chhore un ko apni mout ke waqt azad kardiya us ke warisay ne aakar nabi saws ke samne tazkara kiya aap saws ne farmaya agar hamen maloom hota hum us ka namaz e janaza nahin parhte aap saws ne farmaya ghulamon ko bulao un ko bulaya gaya aap saws ne un ke darmiyaan qura dala aur do ko azad kardiya aur chaar ko ghulam rakha
(21399) Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that a man, at the time of his death during the lifetime of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), set free his six slaves. He possessed no other wealth. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) divided them into three parts. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) freed two and kept four as slaves.

(٢١٣٩٩) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے دور میں اپنی موت کے وقت چھ غلام آزاد کردیے ان کا کوئی اور مال بھی نہ تھا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان کو تین حصوں میں تقسیم کردیا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے دو کو آزاد کردیا اور چار کو غلام رکھا۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) farmate hain ke ek aadmi ne Nabi (SAW) ke daur mein apni maut ke waqt chhe ghulam aazaad kar diye un ka koi aur maal bhi nah tha Aap (SAW) ne un ko teen hisson mein taqseem kar diya Aap (SAW) ne do ko aazaad kar diya aur chaar ko ghulam rakha
Sa'id ibn Musayyab said: "A man or a woman freed six slaves, and they had no other wealth. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was informed, so he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cast lots among them and divided them into three parts."
Imam Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: "He freed [the slaves] during the illness in which he died."

(٢١٤٠٠) سعید بن مسیب فرماتے ہیں کہ مرد یا عورت نے چھ غلام آزاد کردیے، اس کا ان کے علاوہ کوئی مال بھی نہ تھا، نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو خبر دی گئی تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان کے درمیان قرعہ اندازی کی، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان کا تیسرا حصہ تقسیم کردیا۔
امام شافعی (رح) نے فرمایا : اس مرض میں آزاد کیے، جس میں وہ فوت ہوا۔
21400 Saeed bin Musayyab farmate hain ki mard ya aurat ne chhe ghulam azad kar diye, is ka in ke ilawa koi maal bhi nah tha, Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko khabar di gai to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne in ke darmiyan qura andazi ki, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne in ka teesra hissa taqseem kar diya.
Imam Shafi (rh) ne farmaya : is marz mein azad kiye, jis mein woh فوت hua.
Rabia bin Abdur Rahman narrated that in the era of Aban bin Usman, a man freed all of his slaves. Aban bin Usman ordered all the slaves to be gathered and divided into three groups. Then lots were drawn among them. Whoever's lot was drawn was set free. A lot was drawn for one group, so they were set free.

(٢١٤٠١) ربیعہ بن عبدالرحمن فرماتے ہیں کہ ابان بن عثمان کے زمانہ میں ایک آدمی نے اپنے تمام غلام آزاد کردیے تو ابان بن عثمان نے تمام غلاموں کو حکم دیا، ان کو تین حصوں میں تقسیم کیا، پھر ان کے درمیان قرعہ اندازی کی۔ جس کا قرعہ نکلتا وہ آزاد کردیا جاتا ان میں سے ایک گروپ کا قرعہ نکلا تو اس کو آزاد کردیا گیا۔
Rabia bin Abdurrahman farmate hain ke Aban bin Usman ke zamane mein ek aadmi ne apne tamam gulam azad kar diye to Aban bin Usman ne tamam gulamon ko hukm diya, un ko teen hisson mein taqseem kiya, phir un ke darmiyan qur'a andazi ki. Jis ka qur'a nikalta woh azad kar diya jata un mein se ek group ka qur'a nikla to us ko azad kar diya gaya.
