Chapter: One Who Disliked Transferring the Dead from One Land to Another
باب من كره نقل الموتى من أرض إلى أرض
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 7070
Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that on the day of Uhud, when the martyrs were being carried to Jannat al-Baqi' for burial, the announcer announced that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) orders you to bury the martyrs where they fell. This announcement came when my mother had taken my father and my maternal uncle to bury them in al-Baqi', so they brought them back.

(٧٠٧٠) حضرت جابر بن عبداللہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ جب احد کا دن ہوا تو مقتولین کو جنت البقیع میں دفن کے لیے اٹھایا گیا تو اعلان کرنے والے نے اعلان کیا کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) تمہیں حکم دیتے ہیں کہ مقتولین کو ان کی جگہ پر ہی دفن کرو۔ یہ اعلان تب ہوا جب میری امی جان نے میرے ابو اور میرے خالو کو اٹھا لیا تھا تاکہ انھیں بقیع میں دفن کریں، پھر انھوں نے انھیں واپس لوٹایا۔
7070 Hazrat Jabir bin Abdullah (RA) se riwayat hai keh jab Uhud ka din hua to maqtoolin ko Jannat al-Baqi mein dafan ke liye uthaya gaya to elaan karne wale ne elaan kya keh Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) tumhein hukum dete hain keh maqtoolin ko un ki jagah par hi dafan karo. Yeh elaan tab hua jab meri ammi jaan ne mere abu aur mere khalu ko utha liya tha taake unhen Baqi mein dafan karen, phir unhon ne unhen wapas loutaya.
Urwah bin Ruwaim narrated that Ubaid bin Juraih (may Allah be pleased with him) was martyred by an arrow. He had said (before his death), "Bury me behind the canal." Then he said, "Bury me wherever I die."

(٧٠٧١) عروہ بن رویم فرماتے ہیں کہ عبید ہ بن جراح (رض) تیر کے ساتھ شہید ہوئے ، فرمانے لگے : مجھے نہر کے پیچھے دفن کرنا۔ پھر فرمایا : جہاں میں فوت ہو جاؤں وہیں دفن کردینا۔
7071 اروہ بن رویم فرماتے ہیں کہ عبید ہ بن جراح رض تیر کے ساتھ شہید ہوئے فرمانے لگے مجھے نہر کے پیچھے دفن کرنا پھر فرمایا جہاں میں فوت ہو جاؤں وہیں دفن کردینا
Mansur bin Safiyyah narrates from his mother that the brother of Sayyidah Aishah was martyred in the valley of Abyssinia. He was lifted from his place, we came to offer condolences, she said: I do not find anything in my heart that would grieve me except that I would have liked him to be buried in that very place.

(٧٠٧٢) منصور بن صفیہ اپنی والدہ سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ سیدہ عائشہ کا بھائی حبشہ کی وادی میں شہید ہوگیا ۔ اسے اس کی جگہ سے اٹھایا گیا، ہم اس کی تعزیت کے لیے آئے تو وہ کہنے لگی : میں اپنے دل میں کچھ نہیں پاتی جو مجھے غم گین کرے مگر یہ کہ میں پسند کرتی ہوں کہ اسے اسی جگہ میں دفن کیا جاتا۔
Mansoor bin Safiya apni walida se naql farmate hain ke Sayyida Ayesha ka bhai Habsha ki wadi mein shaheed hogaya. Use us ki jaga se uthaya gaya, hum us ki taiziyat ke liye aaye to wo kahne lagi: mein apne dil mein kuchh nahin pati jo mujhe ghamgeen kare magar ye ke mein pasand karti hun ke use usi jaga mein dafan kiya jata.
