Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 10093
(10093) Salim bin Abdullah narrates from his father that a person in the state of Ihram does not become Halal (permissible) until he performs the Tawaf of the Ka'bah and the Sa'i between Safa and Marwah. If he is forced to wear clothes then he should do so, but he has to pay the ransom. Imam Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said in the book Al-Manasik: "A person who is prevented due to illness..."

(١٠٠٩٣) سالم بن عبداللہ اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ روکا ہوا شخص بیت اللہ کے طواف اور صفا ومروہ کی سعی کے بغیر حلال نہ ہو۔ اگر وہ کپڑے پہننے پر مجبور ہو تو ایسا کرلے لیکن اس کا فدیہ ادا کرے۔ امام شافعی (رض) نے کتاب المناسک میں فرمایا ہے : بیماری کی وجہ سے روکا ہوا شخص ہے۔
Salem bin Abdullah apne walid se naql farmate hain ke roka hua shakhs Baitullah ke tawaf aur Safa o Marwa ki saee ke baghair halal na ho. Agar wo kapde pehenne par majboor ho to aisa karle lekin iska fidya ada kare. Imam Shafi (rz) ne kitab almanasik mein farmaya hai : bimari ki wajah se roka hua shakhs hai.
١٠٠٩٣ -وَبِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:" الْمُحْصَرُ لَا يَحِلُّ حَتَّى يَطُوفَ بِالْبَيْتِ وَبَيْنَ الصَّفَا وَالْمَرْوَةِ فَإِنِ اضْطُرَّ إِلَى شَيْءٍ مِنْ لُبْسِ الثِّيَابِ الَّتِي لَا بُدَّ لَهُ مِنْهَا صَنَعَ ذَلِكَ وَافْتَدَى "قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ فِي كِتَابِ الْمَنَاسِكِ: هُوَ الْمُحْصَرُ بِالْمَرَضِ، وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
