Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 10456
Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "The two parties involved in a transaction have the right (to annul the contract) as long as they have not separated or one of them has not granted the other the right to keep the goods." Nafi' said, "One of them may say to the other, 'You have the option (to keep or return the goods).'" (Sahih Muslim 1531)

(١٠٤٥٦) حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : دو بیع کرنے والوں کو اختیار ہے جب تک دونوں الگ الگ نہ ہوں یا اختیاری بیع ہو۔ نافع کہتے ہیں کہ ان دونوں میں سے ایک دوسرے سے کہہ دے کہ تجھے اختیار ہے۔ [صحیح۔ مسلم ١٥٣١)
Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (RA) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya : do baye karne walon ko ikhtiyar hai jab tak donon alag alag na hon ya ikhtiyari baye ho. Nafi kehte hain ki in donon mein se ek dusre se keh de ki tujhe ikhtiyar hai. [Sahih Muslim 1531].
١٠٤٥٦ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ، وَأَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي، وَأَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ السُّوسِيُّ، وَأَبُو نَصْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْفَامِيُّ، وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، وَأَبُو صَادِقٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي الْفَوَارِسِ،قَالُوا:ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، ثنا بَحْرُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا بِشْرُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ، ثنا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،قَالَ:قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَنِ ابْتَاعَ مُصَرَّاةً فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ فَإِنْ رَدَّهَا رَدَّهَا وَمَعَهَا صَاعٌ مِنْ تَمْرٍ "، أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ مِنْ حَدِيثِ قُرَّةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ
