Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 11827

Sabra bin 'Abdulaziz narrated from his father, from his grandfather, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) landed at the place of the mosque, which was under two palm trees. He stayed there for three days, then went towards Tabuk. The chiefs of the tribe of Juhainah came to him and he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said to them: "Who are the people of Murrah?" They said: "Banu Rafi'ah of Juhainah." He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I have allocated the land for Banu Rafi'ah." So they divided it amongst themselves, some of them sold their shares, and some of them kept and worked on them. I asked my father about this, but he did not narrate the complete hadith; he narrated some of it.

(١١٨٢٧) حضرت سبرہ بن عبدالعزیز اپنے والد سے اور وہ اپنیدادا سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) دومہ کے نیچے مسجد والی جگہ پر اترے۔ آپ تین دن ٹھہرے، پھر تبوک کی طرف گئے اور جھینہ قبیلے کے امیر لوگ آپ کو ملے۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ان سے کہا : مروہ والے کون ہیں ؟ انھوں نے جواب دیا : جھینہ کے بنو رفاع۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : میں نے بنو رفاع کے لیے زمین الاٹ کی ہے۔ انھوں نے اسے تقسیم کرلیا ، انمیں سے بعض نے بیچ دیا اور بعض نے روک لیا اور کام کیا، پھر میں نے اپنے والد سے سوال کیا تو اس نے مجھے یہ حدیث کچھ بیان کی مکمل بیان نہیں کی۔

(11827) Hazrat Sabra bin Abdulaziz apne wald se aur wo apne dada se riwayat karte hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) do me ke niche masjid wali jaga par utre. Aap teen din thehre, phir tabooq ki taraf gaye aur jheena qabile ke ameer log aap ko mile. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne un se kaha: Marwah wale kon hain? Unhon ne jawab diya: Jheena ke Banu Rafah. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Maine Banu Rafah ke liye zameen allot ki. Unhon ne use taqseem kar liya, un mein se baaz ne bech diya aur baaz ne rok liya aur kaam kiya, phir maine apne wald se sawal kiya to us ne mujhe yeh hadees kuchh bayan ki mukmmal bayan nahin ki.

١١٨٢٧ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ الْمَهْرِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سَبْرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ الربيع الْجُهَنِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، ⦗٢٤٧⦘ عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَزَلَ فِي مَوْضِعِ الْمَسْجِدِ تَحْتَ دَوْمَةٍ فَأَقَامَ ثَلَاثًا، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ إِلَى تَبُوكَ، وَإِنَّ جُهَيْنَةَ لَحِقُوهُ بِالرَّحْبَةِ،فَقَالَ لَهُمْ:" مَنْ أَهْلُ ذِي الْمَرْوَةِ؟ "فَقَالُوا: بَنُو رِفَاعَةَ مِنْ جُهَيْنَةَ،فَقَالَ:" قَدِ أَقْطَعْتُهَا لِبَنِي رِفَاعَةَ "، فَاقْتَسَمُوهَا، فَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ بَاعَ وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ أَمْسَكَ، فَعَمِلَ ثُمَّ سَأَلْتُ أَبَاهُ عَبْدَ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ، فَحَدَّثَنِي بِبَعْضِهِ وَلَمْ يُحَدِّثْنِي بِهِ كُلِّهِ
