Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 11876
It is narrated from Zainab that she was removing lice from the head of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). The wives of Uthman bin Affan (RA) and other Muhajir women came to him and started complaining about their houses, that they are cramped and they want to move out of them. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered that the Muhajir women be made heirs to the houses. Abdullah bin Mas'ud (RA) passed away. His wife was made heir to the house in Medina.

(١١٨٧٦) حضرت زینب سی منقول ہے کہ وہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے سر سے جوئیں نکال رہی تھیں تو آپ کے پاس عثمان بن عفان (رض) کی بیوی اور دوسری مہاجر عورتیں آئیں اور وہ اپنے گھروں کی شکایت کرنے لگیں کہ وہ تنگ ہیں اور وہ ان سے نکلنا چاہتی ہیں۔ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے حکم دیا کہ مہاجرین عورتوں کو گھروں کا وارث بنایا جائے۔ عبداللہ بن مسعود (رض) فوت ہوگئے۔ ان کی بیوی کو مدینہ میں گھر کا وارث بنایا گیا۔
Hazrat Zainab se manqol hai keh woh Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sar se joein nikal rahi thin to aap ke pass Usman bin Affan (raz) ki biwi aur dusri muhajir aurtein aayin aur woh apne gharon ki shikayat karne lagin keh woh tang hain aur woh unse nikalna chahti hain. Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne hukm diya keh muhajireen auraton ko gharon ka waris banaya jaye. Abdullah bin Masood (raz) foot hogaye. Unki biwi ko Madina mein ghar ka waris banaya gaya.
١١٨٧٦ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ دَاسَةَ، أنبأ أَبُو دَاوُدَ، أنبأ عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ غِيَاثٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، ثنا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ جَامِعِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ، عَنْ كُلْثُومٍ، عَنْ زَيْنَبَ أَنَّهَا كَانَتْ تَفْلِي رَأْسَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعِنْدَهُ امْرَأَةُ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ وَنِسَاءٌ مِنَ الْمُهَاجِرَاتِ وَهُنَّ يَشْتَكِينَ مَنَازِلَهُنَّ أَنَّهَا تَضِيقُ عَلَيْهِنَّ وَيَخْرُجْنَ مِنْهَا،" فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يُوَرِّثَ دُورَ الْمُهَاجِرِينَ النِّسَاءَ "فَمَاتَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْعُودٍ فَوَرِثَتْهُ امْرَأَتُهُ دَارًا بِالْمَدِينَةِ
